They have kept to the schedule and always confirm 5-7 days in advance. If at that time they are scheduled too early, they will quickly adjust to the date range I prefer. Chris is courteous and friendly. He cleared cobwebs outside as usual. I asked him to clear cobwebs inside the garage 3 windows that face the street and he did a thorough job. Winter is the off season for ants, etc, but field mice or rat droppings appear every so often and he told me the bait prevention solution.
