Horrible. We called for treatment July 30, they sent someone out 10 days later. After two weeks since the treatment, tons of bugs? Scorpions, and they did not treat our mosquito infestation. Over 20 or so mosquitos a day in our guest bath and no treatment until after 2 more weeks when they sent an inspector after…
If I could give Orkin a ZERO I would. As you can see from my previous review (below), we have (now) used them for over 25 years at two different homes. I don’t know what has happened to them in the past couple of years, but we recently found out that we have been paying for a service we were not receiving (interior…
Thank you for great service!
Rude and unprofessional staff. Poor service and wouldn’t stay true to words. We selected insect control and mosquito control service. They came to first check if they could do it. They agreed and did service. We still saw lots of mosquitoes so I called them again. They came to check and said oh there were…
He listens to my concerns and asked if there is anything else he can help me with. Always on time, even though we aren't. I truly appreciate all the help.
Kyle consistently goes above and beyond. No matter the problem, he finds a solution and handles it with professionalism and care. Truly dependable.
1st experience with Orkin- great service. Answered all my questions. William was friendly and did a few extra things and was so sweet with my dog- extra points for that!
Great service. Very responsive and timely on appointments. Communication is done very well.
They have kept to the schedule and always confirm 5-7 days in advance. If at that time they are scheduled too early, they will quickly adjust to the date range I prefer. The current technician Bryan is very personable and engaged all of my questions. Good man. Also, I haven’t seen any bugs or stuff in a while.
James was great. He listened, he was professional and reviewed what he did. Great experience! Highly recommended!
Always very friendly knowledgeable service, very thorough and honest!
After being invaded by bugs of every kind 20 years ago, I called ORKIN to the rescue. I now have quarterly outside insect control. The only bugs I see in the house now are the few that crawl inside to quickly die. Excellent service by ORKIN. Also, mosquito service seems to be very effective.
Cole is great. I receive text notifications to remind me of service due. I can schedule online. Texts are sent when he is on the way to my home and upon arrival. He is always on time and friendly. We do not have problems with bugs in our house, so his quarterly service seems to be working. He also inspects the exterior of our house with each visit.
I appreciate the attention to detail, and always addressing my concerns.
David at Orkin is awesome and he was nice and polite. Everyone I have come across either on the phone or in person are very polite and nice. Absolutely love it.
Talked about concerns over rain and was reassured application would dry in time.
Chris P was Very professional. I am still receiving excellent service with Orkin! I highly recommend!!
Orkin has been a leading name in pest control for decades because they're good at what they do. I've been a customer for 5+ years and have no plans to change.
Always on time and great with explanation. If I need to reschedule they are always helpful with that too. Love this team
They are always on time and very friendly and good quality

A pleasure to work with. Friendly and professional
The Orkin gentleman that came out was wonderful. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about explaining what he would be doing and what it would prevent.
I pay for two homes to be serviced and the second home rarely gets serviced this last time I specifically asked for assistance with the spiders that were in the second home which my father lives in and the person who sprayed the main house, never showed up at my fathers and never sprayed his home and he and I even…

Exceptional service. I wish I used Orkin beginning over three years ago. They have been the solution to our bug problems
They did a good job inside and out including asking what we’ve seen so far this season as far as bugs and covered all our concerns
Great person. Very happy
Excellent & very professional
Great pest service and customer service.
Manager, Chris Scadden provided excellent customer service! He thoroughly explained the pest control service and provided knowledgeable recommendations tailored to mosquitos. It has been a Summer invasion of these pesky insects that leave unfriendly body marks! Thank you Orkin for your excellent service!!!
Friendly people. I have a cat that likes to fallow people and the guy who does my house just kinda walks around with her as a shadow all while doing his bit for the mosquitoes.
The technician was prompt, professional, and polite. He took his time explaining the process and what to expect. Chris then proceeded to check every nook and cranny throughout the entire house, garage, outside, and around the property. After completing the inspection, he then gave me a thorough breakdown of his…
He showed up on time, told us what he was going to do and went right to work. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. We are more than pleased with Orkin.

Awesome job. Very professional
Couldn’t ask for a more professional and friendly exterminator. We’ve been so happy with the service and can’t believe how long the mosquitoes are gone after they treat for them! Orkin is the way to go!
This was a quarterly treatment for the outside of my home, as well as the inside. The technician was efficient, knowledgeable and polite.
The Orkin tech Kyle Spears is very reliable and knowledgeable.
Our service professional is terrific - provides guidance, answers questions, and is proactive. He even taught my curious son a thing or two about bugs!
Our technician today was Cole. He was absolutely wonderful! He was thorough, thoughtful, and very professional! Orkin really is the way to go. The entire staff has been beyond pleasant from the phone call to the in home visits.
Great service! Our technician is incredibly helpful with any insect problem we have. We have a A lot of flies on our back porch. We told our technician and he sprayed a chemical to kill the flies that works great!
great job
Cole was fabulous! He was on time, professional, and so helpful! He knew his stuff and got the job done quick.
I know that fighting mosquitoes by the lake is always going to be a losing battle but our Orkin tech (and it’s the same one each time) is so professional, friendly, and most importantly thorough. We still get bit, but we’ve noticed a big difference!
Orkin honestly really is the best termite and pest control company because they have the resources and the regular equipment upstaging and service that other companies just can’t compete. Not saying there are not good other smaller ones that are also good, I know they are, but I don’t take chances when it comes to…
Orkin is a great company. You do have to second guess anything. They tell the truth amd get ride of 🐛. Thank you Orkin
Such great service, super friendly as well as professional. Hard worker comes every time with a smile and a good attitude addressing issues on the spot. Even in this Texas heat always pleased with how kind our Orkin man is!
My service provider whose name escapes me now, is prompt, efficient and professional. I appreciate that he closes the gate when entering and exiting because of my dogs.
I appreciate Orkin. Always very helpful and professional.
We contacted ORKIN to schedule Mosquito service and they were able to provide the service the next day. Our technician, Chris is professional, kind and thorough. He followed up after completing the work to ensure I did not have questions. We’ve been with a different provider for 13 years and plan to change all of our pest control services to ORKIN.
Very attentive to my specific needs, especially for the over abundance of grasshoppers that are taking over my property.
Kyle provides wonderful service and puts up with my husband whenever he comes.
We appreciate the service and the route manager was very kind, thorough and responsive.

Brandon went above and beyond to communicate with me. He provided an excellent service with an excellent smile, regardless of the 100+ heat outside! I am beyond content with the service provided today and I hope any technician that may come after today holds the same value towards the customer as Brandon has presented! Definitely recommend this service!
