Is Orkin any good?

If I could give Orkin a ZERO I would. As you can see from my previous review (below), we have (now) used them for over 25 years at two different homes. I don’t know what has happened to them in the past couple of years, but we recently found out that we have been paying for a service we were not receiving (interior… Read full review

They lied about their chemicals being non toxic. They said my children and pets could be home while they sprayed my house inside for ants. The very sweet and honest technician told me that was not true. They lie at the call centers to get a sale. The eliminate my ant problem, they offered “ant bait” that you can… Read full review

Very high price but knowledgeable team members. I would like to see some urgency to at least identify a potential termite situation but apparently it’s more regulated than urgent.

Orkin has always been our go-to for professional quality pest control. They have taken care of our home for 18 years since it was built and we have always had excellent service. If we ever have problems between visits, they come quickly and service the issue to our satisfaction. We have been approached by several… Read full review

They have kept to the schedule and always confirm 5-7 days in advance. If at that time they are scheduled too early, they will quickly adjust to the date range I prefer. The current technician Bryan is very personable and engaged all of my questions. Good man. Also, I haven’t seen any bugs or stuff in a while.

So they are super friendly. Only issue I have had is that I've scheduled appointments then magically they aren't scheduled and we have had the house treated many times and still have an ant problem to where my kids room is blocked off. But I think it might be an issue with the house and not orkin. Over all they are… Read full review

I used to be with EcoGuardian and there company was bought out by Orkin. Normally I steer away from bigger companies to support the smaller ones, but I figured I would allow Orkin to show me if they could match the service level of Eco. I can gladly say that I have had nothing but great results with Orkin. Even… Read full review
