Is Orkin any good?

Kyle always does a fantastic job, is prompt and very kind! No bugs here!!

The guy was super rude and service was terrible. Bugs are still here. Such a waste of money and time.

We have had an influx of those little roaches and after trying the Home Depot traps and bait we decided to call Orkin. Darion was our pest control technician and was very thorough and explained all the chemicals and treatments we needed as well as the ones we didn’t need. I am happy we have a professional team…

If I could give Orkin a ZERO I would. As you can see from my previous review (below), we have (now) used them for over 25 years at two different homes. I don’t know what has happened to them in the past couple of years, but we recently found out that we have been paying for a service we were not receiving (interior…

Horrible first time experience.

This was our first treatment by Orkin. We're waiting to see the results, but Mark was on time and very informative, friendly, and professional. We feel we made a good choice. Update: We required a second treatment for drain flies and spiders. We're seeing less of them after the second treatment, but I'm sure…

Bryan explained everything he was doing. Trustworthy

Kyle has been our service technician for years, and he consistently does a thorough, excellent job. We truly appreciate the care he takes each time he visits and how diligently he treats our home. His professionalism and pride in his work really stand out—if everyone approached their job the way Kyle does, it would…

Very high price but knowledgeable team members. I would like to see some urgency to at least identify a potential termite situation but apparently it’s more regulated than urgent.

Took a few visits but the issue we were having is under control and Caitlin is FANTASTIC. With very thorough explanations of what they were doing, how to best maintain, tips on what NOT to do, very friendly and wants to help you...I couldn't ask for a better service person, thank you!

Orkin has always been our go-to for professional quality pest control. They have taken care of our home for 18 years since it was built and we have always had excellent service. If we ever have problems between visits, they come quickly and service the issue to our satisfaction. We have been approached by several…

Cole did a great job.

Brian does an excellent job keeping the bugs away.

I cancelled my service after continuing to have pest problems on July 21st. I was charged still in August and September. I have called several times to get a refund. They keep telling me it was issued. The Branch Manager doesn't respond.

Perfect Service, technician Kyle Spears is so professional and the best as Orkin representative!

The field technicians are always friendly and helpful.

He listens to my concerns and asked if there is anything else he can help me with. Always on time, even though we aren't. I truly appreciate all the help.

Very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable

Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. I had several questions for my tech yesterday and he gave me thorough answers. Very friendly too. Would recommend Orkin to anyone who needs pest control.

Bryan and the other techs have done a great job keeping our property clean and safe.

Cole, the Orkin technician, has been servicing our properties for years. He is excellent. Very helpful & friendly. Always does a great job.

Nice as always

Same guy. Always keeps me informed. Always on time. Always asks questions & always does a good job. Friendly, polite, & personable.

Out tech did an outstanding job

Great service. Very responsive and timely on appointments. Communication is done very well.

Great technician Kyle, keeps the bugs in check!

Always very friendly knowledgeable service, very thorough and honest!

Explained service. Spray black widows in a/c I was having a/c repaired

Good overall service.

Orkin has been a leading name in pest control for decades because they're good at what they do. I've been a customer for 5+ years and have no plans to change.

Arrived on schedule. Courteous and professional. Discussed what he planned to do and I went over what I wanted . No problems. Great customer service.

Professional service, thank you

The Orkin team is responsive and attentive to our needs. They are also flexible in scheduling, though their automated reminders do not always catch up to schedule changes.

They are always on time and very friendly and good quality

Our Orkin specialist did a thorough job of explaining the agreement, the job and answering questions we had. Happy with the service.

It seems a bit expensive for regular service, but you can call them out in between and it costs nothing. That's good service!

Throughly impressed with my initial service. We had about 5-7 hornet nests around the house, they came in took care of everything. I was so impressed that I signed up for their monthly service

Technician was knowledgeable and friendly as usual. Glad to have him out taking care of the pests!

Extremely professional team and excellent services… we are very happy with their quality of work. Thank you so much!

Very professional. Got the job done in a timely manner. They weren’t able to inspect for hornets or get on the roof but I was told they would send someone over for a free home inspection. It’s been a few days and no one has called me. So that’s the only negative. But William was great.
