Technician was very informative and answered all questions for me. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly.
Very professional experience from all three employees that came to our home. They communicated well and you could tell they honestly cared about the job they were doing. In this day and time that was highly appreciated.
If I could give Orkin a ZERO I would. As you can see from my previous review (below), we have (now) used them for over 25 years at two different homes. I don’t know what has happened to them in the past couple of years, but we recently found out that we have been paying for a service we were not receiving (interior…
I have been doing business with Orkin long time , but they changed with in the last year when it comes to appointments, hard to get hold of them in the office on the phone, last time they gave me an appointment, & canceled without notification not even a phone call, technician is sick , they supposed to call to…
They always send out the most caring and courteous representatives. Absolutely no complaints for their service.

The field technicians are always friendly and helpful.
Great service and outstanding customer service! We love the service our representative provides.
He listens to my concerns and asked if there is anything else he can help me with. Always on time, even though we aren't. I truly appreciate all the help.
Most of the time I don’t even see Kyle as he quietly, but diligently goes about his job. This time I was very much aware of him spending maybe more time than usual in the back yard and outdoor kitchen. What I observed is that he took his time as he meticulously and thoroughly sprayed every nook and cranny a pest…
Brandon is a wonderful person and very knowledgeable.
Out tech did an outstanding job
Great service. Very responsive and timely on appointments. Communication is done very well.
They have kept to the schedule and always confirm 5-7 days in advance. If at that time they are scheduled too early, they will quickly adjust to the date range I prefer. The current technician Bryan is very personable and engaged all of my questions. Good man. Also, I haven’t seen any bugs or stuff in a while.
Great technician Kyle, keeps the bugs in check!
Cole is great. I receive text notifications to remind me of service due. I can schedule online. Texts are sent when he is on the way to my home and upon arrival. He is always on time and friendly. We do not have problems with bugs in our house, so his quarterly service seems to be working. He also inspects the exterior of our house with each visit.
The person servicing our house needs to change now
Talked about concerns over rain and was reassured application would dry in time.
So thankful for orkin and there team they do great work
great
Great communication. Everyone is super nice.
The Orkin team is responsive and attentive to our needs. They are also flexible in scheduling, though their automated reminders do not always catch up to schedule changes.
Very good service!!!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
It seems a bit expensive for regular service, but you can call them out in between and it costs nothing. That's good service!
Extremely professional team and excellent services… we are very happy with their quality of work. Thank you so much!
I've been with Orkin for over 20 years and wouldn't recommend any other.
Excellent service by Kyle. Great employee & prefer Kyle to do my service.
The Orkin gentleman that came out was wonderful. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about explaining what he would be doing and what it would prevent.
True professional- No high pressure like competition - Chris P. was awesome. Worked well with my 85 year old mother. Made her comfortable and at ease.
Still can not get schedule correct I have wanted last weekend of the month that I am do service every time the schedule changes to other week. This has happened again in July 2023. Correct this issue, or I may need to find a different vendor to take care of my service.
I pay for two homes to be serviced and the second home rarely gets serviced this last time I specifically asked for assistance with the spiders that were in the second home which my father lives in and the person who sprayed the main house, never showed up at my fathers and never sprayed his home and he and I even…
Chris Scadden did a terrific job. He was very nice and helpful. Thank you!
Orkin’s service was great; had mice in the attic and they came by and took care of it. Reese, the service tech, was professional and competent. I would highly recommend this for monthly pest control service!
Always very courteous, on time, and does a great job especially with the inside. Whenever we have a specific bug problem they do what they can to tackle that.
Terry Swift has been doing our quarterly service for quite a while now and he is the best. His attention to detail and just his work ethic is by for better than anyone else that's been here before. His attitude is to do the job right the first time so there's no call backs until the next service and we really…

I heard something in my garage. Gave Orkin a call and they were out in less than two hours.
Chris did a great job of servicing our home and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great work!
There is no other way to say it. I'm paying for nothing. I have issues that are not found and therefore never dealt with.
Good service
We don't have issues, but we want to make sure we don't have issues. I've used orkin for years, and they stand by their work, charge a fair price, and are always courteous.
Prompt and attentive
Elijah walked me through the details professionally. Got solid information so I could make a sound decision.
He showed up on time, told us what he was going to do and went right to work. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. We are more than pleased with Orkin.
Very professional, friendly and on time frame schedule.
They came out and talk to us about what he was going to do and did it
Told him about a couple issues, and he checked them out. There are 3 of us in one townhouse that all have different service dates. We are on Wilkins Way in Plano. Now especially, considering the price of gas, we do not understand this. My service today, actually paid for his gas when he filled up this morning. If…
Chris gives excellent results and customer service.
Awesome job. Very professional
Great reliable friendly pest services
Our Orkin Tech, Chris, has always been very professional and helpful when he comes out for our recurring service appointments. He identifies potential issues before they can snowball into major pest concerns, and does all he can to mitigate pests in our home and yard. Every time he’s over, it’s a positive experience. Great service! I had a new gentleman come to do my Orkin service this morning, his name is LEE! He introduced himself and advised me what he is going to do today; afterwards he called and advised me, what if anything, he found! Additionally he set me up for my inside home inspection!
