Horrible. We called for treatment July 30, they sent someone out 10 days later. After two weeks since the treatment, tons of bugs? Scorpions, and they did not treat our mosquito infestation. Over 20 or so mosquitos a day in our guest bath and no treatment until after 2 more weeks when they sent an inspector after…
If I could give Orkin a ZERO I would. As you can see from my previous review (below), we have (now) used them for over 25 years at two different homes. I don’t know what has happened to them in the past couple of years, but we recently found out that we have been paying for a service we were not receiving (interior…
They lied about their chemicals being non toxic. They said my children and pets could be home while they sprayed my house inside for ants. The very sweet and honest technician told me that was not true. They lie at the call centers to get a sale. The eliminate my ant problem, they offered “ant bait” that you can…
I am so impressed with Orkin. I’ve been a customer of multiple Pest Control companies, but no one has been as kind, professional, and thorough in eliminating spiders, bugs and other creepy things from my home. Billy is the best. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. I felt confident that the problem was solved when he left.
Kyle with Orkin is great!!!
Thank you for great service!
Cole was very friendly and took the time to fully inspect my home. Great service
Brian does an excellent job keeping the bugs away.
The field technicians are always friendly and helpful.
Great service and outstanding customer service! We love the service our representative provides.
He listens to my concerns and asked if there is anything else he can help me with. Always on time, even though we aren't. I truly appreciate all the help.
Kyle is the best! Prompt, polite and knowledgeable
Bryan and the other techs have done a great job keeping our property clean and safe.
Very happy with today’s treatment. Zebulun was great. I told him about ants in my kitchen and he did an extremely thorough treatment.
Great service. Very responsive and timely on appointments. Communication is done very well.
They have kept to the schedule and always confirm 5-7 days in advance. If at that time they are scheduled too early, they will quickly adjust to the date range I prefer. The current technician Bryan is very personable and engaged all of my questions. Good man. Also, I haven’t seen any bugs or stuff in a while.
Great technician Kyle, keeps the bugs in check!
James was great. He listened, he was professional and reviewed what he did. Great experience! Highly recommended!
Explained service. Spray black widows in a/c I was having a/c repaired
My orkin guy Kyle is the most kind amazing person and he always delivers excellent and effective service I know there are cheaper options out there but the results are poor compared to Orkin. With great service and quality I call Orkin for all my pest control issues and needs.
Kyle Spears is awesome. Very professionalinal and knowledgeable.
The person servicing our house needs to change now
David at Orkin is awesome and he was nice and polite. Everyone I have come across either on the phone or in person are very polite and nice. Absolutely love it.
Talked about concerns over rain and was reassured application would dry in time.
Chris P was Very professional. I am still receiving excellent service with Orkin! I highly recommend!!
great
Orkin has been a leading name in pest control for decades because they're good at what they do. I've been a customer for 5+ years and have no plans to change.
Professional service, thank you
Always on time and great with explanation. If I need to reschedule they are always helpful with that too. Love this team
The Orkin team is responsive and attentive to our needs. They are also flexible in scheduling, though their automated reminders do not always catch up to schedule changes.
Great personnel
They are always on time and very friendly and good quality
It seems a bit expensive for regular service, but you can call them out in between and it costs nothing. That's good service!
Great experience
Excellent service by Kyle. Great employee & prefer Kyle to do my service.
The Orkin gentleman that came out was wonderful. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about explaining what he would be doing and what it would prevent.
Cole is our tech from Orkin and he is the best!! He is knowledgeable, polite and friendly, and goes above and beyond to help out with any Orkin ask. I highly recommend Orkin because of their service and personnel!
Very professional treated inside and out
Still can not get schedule correct I have wanted last weekend of the month that I am do service every time the schedule changes to other week. This has happened again in July 2023. Correct this issue, or I may need to find a different vendor to take care of my service.
I pay for two homes to be serviced and the second home rarely gets serviced this last time I specifically asked for assistance with the spiders that were in the second home which my father lives in and the person who sprayed the main house, never showed up at my fathers and never sprayed his home and he and I even…
Orkin’s service was great; had mice in the attic and they came by and took care of it. Reese, the service tech, was professional and competent. I would highly recommend this for monthly pest control service!
Kyle is the best he does a very good job the best service ever have thanks 🙏
Terry Swift has been doing our quarterly service for quite a while now and he is the best. His attention to detail and just his work ethic is by for better than anyone else that's been here before. His attitude is to do the job right the first time so there's no call backs until the next service and we really…
Excellent service and very professional starting with their answering service to their technicians! They exterminated hornets and wolf spiders quickly!
Started using orkin when we moved in, there were a lot of spiders. They have really made a difference! Very good and consistent service. Very happy I signed up with them.
Great pest service and customer service.
Very satisfied with their service. They are on time and Cole, the technician is such a helpful person. We are lucky to have him and have no complaints at all. He takes care of everything without us saying anything.
They were very professional and let me know to expect higher activity for a few days, but it will die down.
First visit went great! Terry was very thorough in explaining details of the treatment and paperwork.
Highly recommend!
Terry was right on time. He came prepared and walked the property to make sure he saw all the outside issues: wasps, mites, mosquitoes, etc. Very personable. I am requesting for him to be my service technician. I like to know the people coming to my house.
We don't have issues, but we want to make sure we don't have issues. I've used orkin for years, and they stand by their work, charge a fair price, and are always courteous.
The technician was prompt, professional, and polite. He took his time explaining the process and what to expect. Chris then proceeded to check every nook and cranny throughout the entire house, garage, outside, and around the property. After completing the inspection, he then gave me a thorough breakdown of his…
Elijah walked me through the details professionally. Got solid information so I could make a sound decision.
He showed up on time, told us what he was going to do and went right to work. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. We are more than pleased with Orkin.
Excellent job
Very professional, friendly and on time frame schedule.
Rep Jason was very good and I will request him in the future
