We have had an influx of those little roaches and after trying the Home Depot traps and bait we decided to call Orkin. Kyle has been our service technician for years, and he consistently does a thorough, excellent job. We truly appreciate the care he takes each time he visits and how diligently he treats our home. His professionalism and pride in his work really stand out—if everyone approached their job the way Kyle does, it would make such a difference.

I cancelled my service after continuing to have pest problems on July 21st. I was charged still in August and September. I have called several times to get a refund. They keep telling me it was issued. The Branch Manager doesn't respond.

Still can not get schedule correct I have wanted last weekend of the month that I am do service every time the schedule changes to other week. This has happened again in July 2023. Correct this issue, or I may need to find a different vendor to take care of my service.
