They have kept to the schedule and always confirm 5-7 days in advance. If at that time they are scheduled too early, they will quickly adjust to the date range I prefer. The current technician Bryan is very personable and engaged all of my questions. Good man. Also, I haven’t seen any bugs or stuff in a while.

Cole is great. I receive text notifications to remind me of service due. I can schedule online. Texts are sent when he is on the way to my home and upon arrival. He is always on time and friendly. We do not have problems with bugs in our house, so his quarterly service seems to be working. He also inspects the exterior of our house with each visit.

Orkin has been a leading name in pest control for decades because they're good at what they do. I've been a customer for 5+ years and have no plans to change.
The Orkin team is responsive and attentive to our needs. They are also flexible in scheduling, though their automated reminders do not always catch up to schedule changes.
