They have kept to the schedule and always confirm 5-7 days in advance. If at that time they are scheduled too early, they will quickly adjust to the date range I prefer. Cole is great. I receive text notifications to remind me of service due. I can schedule online. Texts are sent when he is on the way to my home and upon arrival. He is always on time and friendly. We do not have problems with bugs in our house, so his quarterly service seems to be working. He also inspects the exterior of our house with each visit.
Talked about concerns over rain and was reassured application would dry in time.

Throughly impressed with my initial service. We had about 5-7 hornet nests around the house, they came in took care of everything. I was so impressed that I signed up for their monthly service

They were here less than 30 minutes to remove hornet nests and charged $375 dollars for one time service and was not able to remove one of the nests completely. I still see hornets flying around our patio.
The Orkin gentleman that came out was wonderful. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about explaining what he would be doing and what it would prevent.
Cole is our tech from Orkin and he is the best!! He is knowledgeable, polite and friendly, and goes above and beyond to help out with any Orkin ask. I highly recommend Orkin because of their service and personnel!
Still can not get schedule correct I have wanted last weekend of the month that I am do service every time the schedule changes to other week. This has happened again in July 2023. Correct this issue, or I may need to find a different vendor to take care of my service.
