They have kept to the schedule and always confirm 5-7 days in advance. If at that time they are scheduled too early, they will quickly adjust to the date range I prefer. The current technician Bryan is very personable and engaged all of my questions. Good man. Also, I haven’t seen any bugs or stuff in a while.

After being invaded by bugs of every kind 20 years ago, I called ORKIN to the rescue. I now have quarterly outside insect control. The only bugs I see in the house now are the few that crawl inside to quickly die. Excellent service by ORKIN. Also, mosquito service seems to be very effective.
Cole is great. I receive text notifications to remind me of service due. I can schedule online. Texts are sent when he is on the way to my home and upon arrival. He is always on time and friendly. We do not have problems with bugs in our house, so his quarterly service seems to be working. He also inspects the exterior of our house with each visit.
I appreciate the attention to detail, and always addressing my concerns.
