Brent Powell is the technician who comes to my home and does my services and he is great!! Super friendly and funny. He goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable. This summer has been really bad with pests, but he makes sure he does what he can to really help!

Your product works like spraying water, it doesn’t repel anything. Your employees don’t show up half the time. You should invest in Zevo over the counter bug spray and maybe your service will be worth the money I’m paying you.

Earnest serviced my home for the last 2 years. He was always super professional and seemed to genuinely love his job.
The tech is always punctual, professional and courteous. I don't have issues with any bugs in my home since I've started using Orkin.
Scheduling Orkin service was relatively straightforward. And the services were delivered in accordance with the promised schedule. Our Technician (“Norris”), and his under instruction trainee (“Christian”), were both cordial, professional, effective and efficient. Very helpful and friendly.

My plan is to cancel thos service. I see no change in the mosquitoes and it appears that I see more bugs than I did b4e the service. I spoke to the gentlemen several time and each time no change to address anything that I share my concerns about
