Your product works like spraying water, it doesn’t repel anything. Your employees don’t show up half the time. You should invest in Zevo over the counter bug spray and maybe your service will be worth the money I’m paying you.

Brent came today for our regular service. He did a great job. He is always professional but very friendly. It's like seeing a good friend when he comes. I was happy to report he got the mouse we were trying to get rid of! I would recommend Brent and orkin to any of my friends!

Ernest is awesome and very friendly. Everything else is a bit of a headache. Scheduling and notification of upcoming appointments is a major headache. Called the other day to adjust an appointment that was inputted incorrectly, and got hung up on. When I called back immediately, I got a voicemail that their office was closed.
Brent is polite and friendly as he sprayed my house for bugs.
