They came out same day to inspect and spray. I found a few roaches and I was worried they were going to get worse. They were very respectful and explained everything to me as they worked through the house. I knew how much I was going to be charged before they came out and they didn’t try to get more money for other…

Brandon was real nice and professional.he went rite too work Much love n PRAYER
Your product works like spraying water, it doesn’t repel anything. Your employees don’t show up half the time. You should invest in Zevo over the counter bug spray and maybe your service will be worth the money I’m paying you.

Brent came today for our regular service. He did a great job. He is always professional but very friendly. It's like seeing a good friend when he comes. I was happy to report he got the mouse we were trying to get rid of! I would recommend Brent and orkin to any of my friends!
They used to be a great company to work with but lately they are going down hill. Guess I need to consider going elsewhere soon.
Great employees. Always on time, never rude. Been using them for 10 years so far.
Ernest is awesome and very friendly. Everything else is a bit of a headache. Scheduling and notification of upcoming appointments is a major headache. Called the other day to adjust an appointment that was inputted incorrectly, and got hung up on. When I called back immediately, I got a voicemail that their office was closed.
Brent is polite and friendly as he sprayed my house for bugs.

Customer service is great! Very professional and punctual. Set up an appointment for next-day and was called to confirm the appointment an hour before. He also called and let us know when he finished up so we knew when to head back home. Already seeing huge results for the flea extermination a few hours later and…

Prompt, professional service. I would definitely recommend them.
Today, the tech completed the internal portion of the March visit since I had been out of town for two months! This tech did the most thorough job I’ve ever received since I’ve been with Orkin. Brayden was very professional & conscientious. Very pleasant! I look forward to him taking care of my pest control in the future.
I'm very happy with the service!
Had these folks since last yr and only seen sum1 3x. Tech has told them he's been knocking at our door each time he or she has not done so. Sum1 is always in the living room. Yet they continue to take money for over 5months . I'm beyond upset thought they did better business than this.
Very personable, kind, friendly, and is very thorough!
The technician was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns.

The technician that comes to my house is always very polite and clearly explains everything that is going to be done. He does offer other services if I bring up a specific problem but he's never forcefully trying to sell anything which is very refreshing. Covid hit hard and I got a bit behind on my billing but they were very kind and understanding. 10/10

[July 26, 2022] I called Orkin for pest extermination as a homeowner. A guy came out and signed me up for recurring services quarterly.
