Orkin's services have declined considerably. They have not restocked their products. Their service representatives can not perform their work effectively without the supplies needed. I can not recommend Orkin to anyone at this time.
Orkin seems to be much more effective than Terminex. Brent provides thorough service inside and outside.
Jose and team are the greatest! They will come expeditiously to address any issue at any time! 🤩
Michael and Chase were wonderful! If you have pests call Orkin of Macon, GA. You truly won’t be disappointed! Excellent service!

The service received was excellent. Brent explained in details what was being sprayed and put along the perimeter of my house which was very educational to me. After the treatment of my house, there no more bugs. Thanks Brent, excellent service and job well done.

Julio and his team did a great job with cleaning out attic and fixing all the issues there and taking caution when putting on gutter guards. They were all very professional. Thanks so much
They did a great job but my main concern is in my kitchen and bedroom
Brent came today for our regular service. He did a great job. He is always professional but very friendly. It's like seeing a good friend when he comes. I was happy to report he got the mouse we were trying to get rid of! I would recommend Brent and orkin to any of my friends!
They used to be a great company to work with but lately they are going down hill. Guess I need to consider going elsewhere soon.
Great employees. Always on time, never rude. Been using them for 10 years so far.
Orkin showed up early for a quick job in my front yard and finished in 10 mins.
Gave great advice on how to keep bugs away. Example I now put my cat food in a plastic container with a lid. He also did a mosquitoes buckets outside for me.
My plan is to cancel thos service. I see no change in the mosquitoes and it appears that I see more bugs than I did b4e the service. I spoke to the gentlemen several time and each time no change to address anything that I share my concerns about
