Your product works like spraying water, it doesn’t repel anything. Your employees don’t show up half the time. You should invest in Zevo over the counter bug spray and maybe your service will be worth the money I’m paying you.

Ernest is awesome and very friendly. Everything else is a bit of a headache. Scheduling and notification of upcoming appointments is a major headache. Called the other day to adjust an appointment that was inputted incorrectly, and got hung up on. When I called back immediately, I got a voicemail that their office was closed.

Had these folks since last yr and only seen sum1 3x. Tech has told them he's been knocking at our door each time he or she has not done so. Sum1 is always in the living room. Yet they continue to take money for over 5months . I'm beyond upset thought they did better business than this.
