Alli was great, professional, knowledgeable, great customer service, etc.
My technician Tatiana did a great job
Our Orkin techs, either our regular service or extra service techs are always friendly and thorough. Service from management to techs on the street is very efficient.
Dylan is always friendly and very receptive to any pest concerns or requests we have. He’s mindful of our kids and pets and always checks in throughout his visit. Great customer service.
We've been using Orkin for years now to control ants around our house. Mike Salem, in particular, has done a fabulous job for us - always letting us know his timing, able to adjust his schedule if we need it, and willing to come out for an additional treatment if necessary (which isn't often). He's always polite…
Michael is very professional and kind.
Great service
Michael was very informative and went about his business thoroughly. He'll be back in a week to follow up.
Prompt and friendly derive. Very professional. Took expected measures to resolve the problem.
Horrible horrible service and communication. First and last time I use them. I called Christina Castillo after she called and left me a message to schedule an appt. She never called me back. The following day I called her again and the lady who took my call said she sent a message to Christina to call me back with…
The service Jesus provided was a top notch. He patiently explained what was going on, how he would treat the issue, and what I could expect. He was considerate and sensitive enough for our four cats welfare. The follow up system Orkin has in place seems great. I just had the initial treatment, and if I follow…
Does a great job, Mike is very professional and always very friendly.
I’m extremely happy with my Orkin service. They have completely eliminated my spider and ant issues. Our technicians are very communicative and professional and always ask if there are problem areas. I’d recommend them to anyone who uses a regular extermination service.
We haven’t been able to eradicate the issue, but the guy who comes out is always talkative & helpful. It’s sometimes hard to get in touch with them, though, & I’m not sure why they don’t return voicemails. Hence the three instead of 5 stars as they have shown up after I’ve tried to reschedule. Edited to 5 stars…
We have been using Orkin for more than 10 years; and they have always been willing to tell us what needs to be done to keep our home pest-resistant.
I've worked with Orkin for several years and they do a great job. Francisco is very thorough.
Did a great job and asked if I had any concerns. When I explained the things I had concerns about they were addressed by the technician.
Took forever to get a tech to the garage. Promised one type of trap and a different one was placed. Not good at all. Will not use again.
Our tech today was Susan. She was a great help and was very diligent in finding part of a 15 year issue nobody to this point had been able to discover.
I have to say that I am very happy to have found Orkin. At my wits end, I search all pest control companies late in the day. At 6pm most companies were closed. Proceeding thru the list I find Orkin, I called and a representative immediately answered. After explaining our problems with a terrible ant infestation, a…
I had questions and Francisco explained to me in detail my concerns. I’m extremely satisfied with his service,
Timely, professional, takes care of all of my unwanted bugs.
Alli is great. She responds to calls quickly and is friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate her!
Francisco was great on last visit Secured holes and cracks from critters & very attentive
Friendly nice guy! Easy to communicate with.
Mike is the best! Keeps me informed of what is happening around the yard, shows up when he says he will and is always friendly. Great peace of mind being cared for by Orkin!! When Mike was out the replacement was fantastic too!!
Our two rental units are on the Orkin quarterly treatment plan and every aspect has been perfect from our initial service a year ago. They are thorough, effective, professional, flexible, and communicative. I highly recommend them! Update: it’s at least a year later and I still give them the highest possible…
Outstanding, thorough, courteous and willing to work hard to solve the problem
Ally was very helpful and kind and professional. She is dependable and very good at her job. I would recommend her to anyone that needs this service and have been very satisfied. She really gives Orkin a great name and reputation.
Juan Prado is friendly, professional & gets the job done! He succeeded in ridding the ant invasions that's been a headache during every rainy season! Highly recommend him for your pest control needs.
Mike came the first time to our house a year ago and took care of all existing issues. Mike is extremely knowledgebal and thorough! Thanks
The tech Alex, is very professional and knowledgeable. She is always on time and sends a text the day before my appointment. I am pleased with her work!😊
Ally is the absolute best. We have her on request. She’s super thorough, my dog is comfortable with her (which says a lot - she does not let anyone on our property), she is on time and on the rare occasion she is running late she contacts us right away. We also always have a good chat and we super appreciate her.…
Always a wonderful, positive experience. José is very professional and knows his business.
Inconsistent customer care

A thorough job, keeps the ants and spiders under control
Very good
I've been using Orkin for years. I always have the same service provider, who knows my name. I have cat good out all the time and never see ants.
Alli was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient with the service she provided!
Very thorough and careful with the application of the ant poison .
Quick and efficient
Very happy with the service. Technicians are friendly and efficient. No more ants, spiders, or wasp nests.
For the most part technicians are very courteous and professional. Downfall is they have a high turnover
Francisco was very informative and knowledgeable. He respected our house and the time in doing the treatment. Would recommend to a friend.
My tech arrived on time and addressed all my concerns. Very professional and well equipped.
Comes in the timeline promised and very efficient and professional
Excellent at keeping me informed about visits.
Jeffrey is very responsive and responsible. He has been doing a wonderful job!
This was one of the worst experiences I've had. Here's what happened: 1) Orkin showed up 30 minutes late 2) Orkin asked ME what I wanted to do without telling me what we SHOULD do. That's why I'm paying you 3) Orkin kept changing what we were doing. He showed up and said my dog and family needed to leave my house…
We have had a great experience with Orkin. Specifically Jeffrey has been very responsive and addressed our pest issues.
Employee was very professional, patient and friendly
Quiet, efficient and effective.
Considerate and thorough, great about contacting us before the service appt
Thank you so much 🌸
Amazing CONSISTENT service. LOVE our technician!!
We used Orkin a couple of months ago for ant extermination after some of the extreme rains. We requested two visits, which took care of the infestation. The first visit was fine. No one showed up at the appointed time for the second visit. It took several phone calls and missed appointments before we got our second…
Allie is knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and professional. She is a wonderful representative for Orkin.

We’ve had way less ant and rodent issues since we’ve used this service.
Great service call, polite and professional.
Yes we have not have many bugs long as we have this service.
Does not return phone calls, no-shows on appointments, never followed back up. Billed on no-shows. Very frustrating poor service.
Technician is courtesy and professional
Very responsive and good
Wish we got the same service person each time so we do not need to explain everything each visit.
I have been using Orkin for a couple of years now and for the most part have been happy with their service. But one truly learns about service when you are in a crisis and that’s where Orkin really let me down. I had just planted a ton of new plants when I noticed Gopher activity in my yard, I called Orkin and they…
Great communication and service.
Excellent service, no ants after a week. Great job by the technician, no issues, would use again.
Our service representative is always on time (he’s been servicing our home for 1.5 years now. He is very professional and knowledgeable too!
After being left in the lurch by Terminix (they never showed up for my appointment, even with a 4 hour window), I called Orkin. They set up an appointment the next day, 2 hr window, and Argenis Esparza arrived right on time, explained the procedure for getting rid of the ants, where they had been and the prices were comparable. He was very professional.
My ORKIN technician a young man named Jamaya. I like him alot he's very polite, well mannered, on time and knowledgeable. He followed up with me a couple of times to see if the Flea's and Ant's we're still a problem. I like that alot. I had other services here in the past, no technicians ever followed up with me. I…
Juan Prado is excellent! He knows what to do after talking about my concern with him! He follows through and solves the problem whatever it is especially ant infestation. Well done Juan!
We have been very happy with Jeff’s handling of our significant ant problem. He has carefully and completely resolved it through great attention to detail, repeated visits, indoor and outdoor treatments. We are confident that with his continued attention we will not suffer it again.
The services technician are always very professional and efficient

Jose was super polite and very competent. Great service!
Orkin hires qualified employees. I have experienced absolute professionalism. Choose Orkin if you want your concerns to be dealt with directly. Sign up for their monthly plan and put your worries on a shelf. Rodents are a disgusting problem in the Bay Area. My Technician Alejandra Magana is a shining star…
