Arrived on time, immediately filled in two entrance points for rats. Very efficient and respectful of my property
Mike is thorough and friendly. Knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure we're covered.
Andres and Nate from Orkin did a great job sealing holes in the walls and covering openings outside my house. They completed the work in a timely manner and answered every question I had. They clearly explained the problems they found and how they were going to address them. I really appreciated their…
The inspection is not complete yet. But even after the initial inspection I feel like I can trust Orkin. The building I live in uses EcoLabs and they are more willing to hide the results of the inspection they didn’t do. Andres told me what is supposed to happen during inspections and treatment. The Orkin employee…
Friendly organized service
It was easy to make an appointment with Orkin and servicing was prompt. I appreciated my technician, Mike Salem, who analyzed how serious my problem was (turned out to be a small issue), what basic services Orkin provided and what came at additional costs. It was helpful to get his honest assessment so that I could…

I’ve used Orkin to contend with ants, mosquitos and rodents, and they’ve been consistently responsive, reliable and effective.
Very competent
The agent/expert that came out to inspect and treat our home was very professional. Believe his name was Rich/Richard. He’s been with the company, I think he said only since last year, so not too long. But you can tell from the information he shared with my family that his knowledge about pest control and…

Great friendly service from inspector Ethan!
Very friendly and thorough check for pests. Treated room where needed and didn’t do unnecessary treatment. Checked attic and crawl space. I am pleased with the company.
Easy to schedule, able to get service within 1 day. Good communication, prompt, friendly, and informed service for rodents. They have a wildlife team to help with raccoon invasion with wildlife removal if needed which we have plans to use next week.
Wonderful service great in every way would recommend ❗️❗️
Michael communicated while on route, and upon arrival. He was pleasant, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail his plan of action for finding an exterminating rats. We have been using Orkin for more than 10 years; and they have always been willing to tell us what needs to be done to keep our home pest-resistant.
Took forever to get a tech to the garage. Promised one type of trap and a different one was placed. Not good at all. Will not use again.
Mike is the best! Keeps me informed of what is happening around the yard, shows up when he says he will and is always friendly. Great peace of mind being cared for by Orkin!! When Mike was out the replacement was fantastic too!!
Always a wonderful, positive experience. José is very professional and knows his business.
Very easy scheduling process, technician was very professional and knowledgeable, looking forward to continuing services.

Our technician, Allie jumped right into the house and started making suggestions not offered by the previous pest control company. More than the knowledge and enthusiasm she exhibited,, her commitment & personal ownership of that aspect of our home ownership was both refreshing & encouraging. Allie is a great…
