Susie was awesome, knowledgable and very thorough. I look forward to working with her through my contract!
Excellent service and explanation
Unfriendly, unhelpful, does not call back even though their voice-mail urges you to use the option.
Juan is professional and friendly. He did a thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. We are happy to work with him and recommend him to others.
Chris is my go to person. He always makes time to answer any and all questions I have. He goes above and beyond every time he comes. Thank you!
Alli was great, professional, knowledgeable, great customer service, etc.
We've been using Orkin for years now to control ants around our house. Mike Salem, in particular, has done a fabulous job for us - always letting us know his timing, able to adjust his schedule if we need it, and willing to come out for an additional treatment if necessary (which isn't often). He's always polite…
Tatiana is wonderful. She is what. customer service is all about.
Today, Obie did the treatment for our house and he was very professional, courteous and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend asking for him!
Service person was amiable. Cleaning/sweeping of cobwebs in the front area was complete along the fencing and building itself. Fencing in the back was handled as well. The front entry webs were minimal probably due to last treatment
Does a great job, Mike is very professional and always very friendly.
I’m extremely happy with my Orkin service. They have completely eliminated my spider and ant issues. Our technicians are very communicative and professional and always ask if there are problem areas. I’d recommend them to anyone who uses a regular extermination service.
