Ally is the absolute best. We have her on request. She’s super thorough, my dog is comfortable with her (which says a lot - she does not let anyone on our property), she is on time and on the rare occasion she is running late she contacts us right away. We also always have a good chat and we super appreciate her.… Read full review

My technician Juan, is a stand-up guy. When I called him seeing an upsurge in pests, he scheduled another appointment right away and told me if I see an upsurge to give him a call and he would come out as soon as he could. I would say that is going above and beyond. I feel if ever I have a need he is definitely the guy to call. Thank you Juan. Thank you.

The Technicians servicing our home are knowledgeable and helpful. The local office is understaffed, but when I got a hold of the office via email communication was much easier. Overall good experience using Orkin
