Andres and Nate from Orkin did a great job sealing holes in the walls and covering openings outside my house. They completed the work in a timely manner and answered every question I had. They clearly explained the problems they found and how they were going to address them. I really appreciated their… Read full review

The inspection is not complete yet. But even after the initial inspection I feel like I can trust Orkin. The building I live in uses EcoLabs and they are more willing to hide the results of the inspection they didn’t do. Andres told me what is supposed to happen during inspections and treatment. It was easy to make an appointment with Orkin and servicing was prompt. I appreciated my technician, Mike Salem, who analyzed how serious my problem was (turned out to be a small issue), what basic services Orkin provided and what came at additional costs. It was helpful to get his honest assessment so that I could… Read full review

The agent/expert that came out to inspect and treat our home was very professional. Believe his name was Rich/Richard. He’s been with the company, I think he said only since last year, so not too long. But you can tell from the information he shared with my family that his knowledge about pest control and… Read full review

Easy to schedule, able to get service within 1 day. Good communication, prompt, friendly, and informed service for rodents. They have a wildlife team to help with raccoon invasion with wildlife removal if needed which we have plans to use next week.
