Chris was great. He worked efficiently and explained each step as he checked for rodents, swept for spiders, and sprayed for bugs. He said that his goal on every service call is to ensure his customers felt protected. I certainly did. Thanks, Chris!
great service and Chris is awesome!
The agent/expert that came out to inspect and treat our home was very professional. Believe his name was Rich/Richard. He’s been with the company, I think he said only since last year, so not too long. But you can tell from the information he shared with my family that his knowledge about pest control and…
We've been using Orkin for years now to control ants around our house. Mike Salem, in particular, has done a fabulous job for us - always letting us know his timing, able to adjust his schedule if we need it, and willing to come out for an additional treatment if necessary (which isn't often). He's always polite…

We have been using Orkin for more than 10 years; and they have always been willing to tell us what needs to be done to keep our home pest-resistant.
I've worked with Orkin for several years and they do a great job. Francisco is very thorough.
Did a great job and asked if I had any concerns. When I explained the things I had concerns about they were addressed by the technician.
great customer service, professional and answers any questions we have.
Even though I was not on the original schedule, these pros “worked me in”. Matt and Prince were timely, professional and accommodating (as have been all of my Orkin service people . Nine years with this company and I’m still impressed!
Our tech today was Susan. She was a great help and was very diligent in finding part of a 15 year issue nobody to this point had been able to discover.

Have only had initial visit so far but I'm very happy at this point!
My technician Juan, is a stand-up guy. When I called him seeing an upsurge in pests, he scheduled another appointment right away and told me if I see an upsurge to give him a call and he would come out as soon as he could. I would say that is going above and beyond. I feel if ever I have a need he is definitely the guy to call. Thank you Juan. Thank you.

Good job thanks .
Cant say that i am without spiders and silverfish yet, nor can i say that they are always the best at keeping appointments, but they certainly over communicate when they are coming, when they are here, etc. I hope that eventually with enough treatments the actual problems will be resolved and hopefully the…
I have been using Orkin for a couple of years now and for the most part have been happy with their service. But one truly learns about service when you are in a crisis and that’s where Orkin really let me down. I had just planted a ton of new plants when I noticed Gopher activity in my yard, I called Orkin and they…
Always a pleasure with Jose working on things. Everything was taken care of quickly and again very happy with the results :). Thanks Jose.

Alex is thorough and helpful. She went into the basement area to check for any rodent droppings and sprayed the perimeter of the house and checked the bait box in the backyard.
The results are as good as the service. I've not been bothered by arachnoid nor insect pests since Orkin has maintained service.
Mr Joe Woods was excellent cleaning and wiping spider webs plus spraying the outside and inside against ants and spiders. Most of all he was conscientious, responsible and professional.
Great and very detailed service. Jose was great and hope he is the one they send out for now on.

Our Orkin technician Carlos is courteous, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and a very nice person. He does a great job!!!
Problem with house flies. We’re hopeful this will solve the problem
Orkin was so prompt. I had called another company on November 2 and they said they couldn’t come till December 3. I told them that was ridiculous so I called Orkin and they came next day. They did a thorough inspection and will have several follow ups and are very well priced. So grateful to them for promptness and service.
The technician was thorough knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a practical plan for the future. Highly recommended
We have rodent infestation so we called Orkin to investigate our property, inside and out. Hector identified evidence of rodents and he sealed openings around piping and some doorways. He set traps and scheduled future visits. We are satisfied with the plan in place with Orkin to rid us of these pests.
Our provider is fantastic! Always professional, listens to our concerns! Rodents will always be there but with the help we receive they’re around far less!
Quality and friendly service! I’m very happy
