Jose was great and knowledgeable. He is always fast as I work from home and the sound of the machine is loud. He's always been very considerate.
Outstanding, thorough, courteous and willing to work hard to solve the problem
Very good
Charges get increased without informing . Credits do not reflect even though the person at other end you speak to says difference is credited . If not they seem to work good .
Comes in the timeline promised and very efficient and professional
