Jesus was very neat and clean and was very efficient at locating where rodents would enter the crawl space.
Andres and Nate from Orkin did a great job sealing holes in the walls and covering openings outside my house. They completed the work in a timely manner and answered every question I had. They clearly explained the problems they found and how they were going to address them. I really appreciated their…
Missed appointments, no responses to calls or messages. Terrible customer service and follow up.
Very nice customer service with their service representative! Communicates throughout process and addresses any issues.
Nick is doing a great job. He’s getting used to his new territory since Carlos retired.
Alli was great, professional, knowledgeable, great customer service, etc.
Our Orkin techs, either our regular service or extra service techs are always friendly and thorough. Service from management to techs on the street is very efficient.
I love knowing that an Orkin tech will be at our home to help keep spiders and rats out of my yard and house. We always get great support, even with sudden invasions of ants or any other pest. Orkin customer service reps are kind and helpful.
The agent/expert that came out to inspect and treat our home was very professional. Believe his name was Rich/Richard. He’s been with the company, I think he said only since last year, so not too long. But you can tell from the information he shared with my family that his knowledge about pest control and…
Tatiana is incredible. Polite timely and informative. Tatiana is the embodiment of customer service.
Excellent. Customer Service is amazing. Very dedicated to their craft. Thank you so much
Mike keeps me informed and follows up, continues to try new ways to protect my home. Very professional.
The technician ultimately did a good job removing rat poop and sanitizing, but he only worked for 2hrs under my house instead of the estimated 5 hrs, and I still had to pay the full cost. He arrived on time initially 8-10am but had to wait for a hepa filter, then had to go out for a longer extension cord, then had…
Very bad. He is very rude.
The Orkin man was kind and explained everything well
Thankful for experienced employee knowing how to make the right decisions .
Great efficient service. Friendly professional workers who listen to your issues and then explain the steps they plan to solve the problem. I love how if something comes up in-between my next service appointment, they will return ASAP, at no additional charge. Kudos to the whole Orkin team.
This morning I called to have a dead rat removed from our yard. Allie came this afternoon and removed it. She was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to speak with. As we went over history of service since October, she reminded me how important it was to remove ,current insulation, sanitize and repair damage…
Great friendly service from inspector Ethan!
Excellent service by Mike as always .... he is the best.
Very reliable. Excellent communication regarding visits.
Easy to schedule, able to get service within 1 day. Good communication, prompt, friendly, and informed service for rodents. They have a wildlife team to help with raccoon invasion with wildlife removal if needed which we have plans to use next week.
Jesus is the best

Great, on time service today!
Susan is knowledgeable and always very friendly. She communicates in advance of visits to see if we are have any specific pest issues on top of regular service she attends to. We really appreciate her thoroughness and proactive approach.
Expected rodents. Found raccoons in my attic. Jesus was my inspector. I was most impressed with his thoroughness. He was also surprised at my invaders. Now we need to figure out how to get rid of them.
Michael communicated while on route, and upon arrival. He was pleasant, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail his plan of action for finding an exterminating rats. His initial inspection confirmed that we had rodents and he went about setting traps in a crawlspace and attic. He explained that he…
After 3 years of service, my brand new Cadillac had $21,000 damage thanks to the rats that were left alone by ORKIN and once a 3 months service! and enjoyed all the electrical cables in the engine. I will see what can be done for it.
We have been using Orkin for more than 10 years; and they have always been willing to tell us what needs to be done to keep our home pest-resistant.
Took forever to get a tech to the garage. Promised one type of trap and a different one was placed. Not good at all. Will not use again.
I have to say that I am very happy to have found Orkin. At my wits end, I search all pest control companies late in the day. At 6pm most companies were closed. Proceeding thru the list I find Orkin, I called and a representative immediately answered. After explaining our problems with a terrible ant infestation, a…
They are very flexible with my schedule, I have been using them for at least 10 years.
Friendly nice guy! Easy to communicate with.
Mike is the best! Keeps me informed of what is happening around the yard, shows up when he says he will and is always friendly. Great peace of mind being cared for by Orkin!! When Mike was out the replacement was fantastic too!!
Orkin provides professional services to our house.
Outstanding, thorough, courteous and willing to work hard to solve the problem
Knowledgeable, friendly technician.
Very compassionate about my rodent infestation problems. My Son Adetokunbo contacted them on my behalf when my apartment management failed to address the problem and left us miserably to deal with the problem on our own. Orkin rose to the occasion and went to work on it and reassured us to combat the problems.
Mike came the first time to our house a year ago and took care of all existing issues. Mike is extremely knowledgebal and thorough! Thanks
Very responsive compared to any other company. We are very pleased and look forward to having these issues taken care of. Stephanie Johnson and Les Mayberry
I like that my guy listens to my concerns and address them. Always very professional and friendly.

The rat problem at my property has not improved in the 3+ months of my contract w/Orkin.
Inconsistent customer care

I needed a quick response to a rodent problem and Orkin came through
Tech showed up on time and called me to let me know what they found and did to fix the problem.
The person who came to do the job was good. He did his work and gave me a tour of what he did.
Nick was very helpful, can’t thank you enough
I was just removing a few gophers. Now I have a crazy monthly deal with toxins and strange poles over my yard. There must be a more efficient method for managing the creatures in my yard. Sometimes the gopher mounds appear near the poison and the traps. What am I paying for anyway? I had a callback from Orkin about…
The staffs are nice and professional. They fixed the rodent issue I had. I am very happy about that.
This was house call. The tech was kind courteous knowledgeable and helpful
Had an issue with rats. Called Orkin. Operator was bullish and made promises and misrepresented cost. Rep arrived and immediately threw a contract for recurring services in front of us. After negotiating, he set out to help but just added a few more traps. But he did find a probable point of ingress and sealed it.…
Nick came back today, as discussed, with his manager --as my situation is complex. They did a really thorough and thoughtful assessment and gave me an action plan. Another big company told me they couldn't help me because the way my house sits 2 inches from the next house (it's the mission, this is real life)- these…

Pleasant and knowledgeable. Always on time and helpful.
They gave me and my tenant a range between 10am to noon the next business day. The attendant responded phone only after both me and my tenant called the customer support a couple of times and waited on the phone. Finally they showed up at 1:30 pm that is 1.5 hours later than the latest time in the long range of time…
Jose is very professional and provides service above and beyond. Definitely recommends him to other people
Sunny is professional and has great customer service.
Your employees do not come prepared to do the job. They don’t have the foam spray can that is highly effective! He couldn’t finish the job! Often they do not have enough wire to close entry points. You do t give them what they need to complete the job. I have purchased 2 cans of foam. I have filled entry points…
Great service. Allie is very knowledgeable, prompt in her response and a great help! Thank you!
The technician was very good and knowledgeable.
They do not perform service to the entire building of the HOA. Repeatedly brought the issue to their attention. Time to look for a new company.
Allie is knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and professional. She is a wonderful representative for Orkin.

Allie was effective in taking care of the problems in my home. She went the extra steps to point out problems that needed to be addressed.
Alli was very professional and explained everything that she found and what she did to eliminate the rat problem. She even helped me lure my cat out from under the house so she could continue her work

Prince was very professional and on time. But the rest of the time when I was scheduled to have someone come over NO ONE showed up. You guys kept getting the appointment time wrong. I’m not happy and no mice have been caught.
I have been using Orkin for a couple of years now and for the most part have been happy with their service. But one truly learns about service when you are in a crisis and that’s where Orkin really let me down. I had just planted a ton of new plants when I noticed Gopher activity in my yard, I called Orkin and they…
Always a pleasure with Jose working on things. Everything was taken care of quickly and again very happy with the results :). Thanks Jose.
Jacob was amazing. He explained everything he was doing and coordinated his next visit before he left. Thank you
The Technicians servicing our home are knowledgeable and helpful. The local office is understaffed, but when I got a hold of the office via email communication was much easier. Overall good experience using Orkin

Orkin hires qualified employees. I have experienced absolute professionalism. Choose Orkin if you want your concerns to be dealt with directly. Sign up for their monthly plan and put your worries on a shelf. Rodents are a disgusting problem in the Bay Area. My Technician Alejandra Magana is a shining star…
Alli has been doing great job every time. With her carefully set traps, we have caught 3 mice. She is accurate in prediction and strategy. She also clean out spider web out side the house. I’m glad we are in good hands. Thank you, Alli!
This company was so professional and very knowledgeable and friendly they explained fully their services. Highly recommend.
Alex is thorough and helpful. She went into the basement area to check for any rodent droppings and sprayed the perimeter of the house and checked the bait box in the backyard.
We’re doing more than they are, we honestly wonder what they’re being paid to do.
