Jesus was our Tech and he was great. We did a walk thru of the problem areas, and he explained what his process was and answered all of my questions. He removed all of the nests and webs from the exterior and treated the areas. He was very professional.
Susie was awesome, knowledgable and very thorough. I look forward to working with her through my contract!
Very nice customer service with their service representative! Communicates throughout process and addresses any issues.
Chris is my go to person. He always makes time to answer any and all questions I have. He goes above and beyond every time he comes. Thank you!
Alli was great, professional, knowledgeable, great customer service, etc.
Service is not the same; the person that came out to clean webs and spray pretty much did a half a.. job and left a lot cobwebs behind. When he returned my call he seemed to have an attitude like I was bothering him and that there should be nothing there but he’ll come back out - I came home later and the same web…
I love knowing that an Orkin tech will be at our home to help keep spiders and rats out of my yard and house. We always get great support, even with sudden invasions of ants or any other pest. Orkin customer service reps are kind and helpful.
Dylan is always friendly and very receptive to any pest concerns or requests we have. He’s mindful of our kids and pets and always checks in throughout his visit. Great customer service.
The Orkin man was kind and explained everything well
Great efficient service. Friendly professional workers who listen to your issues and then explain the steps they plan to solve the problem. I love how if something comes up in-between my next service appointment, they will return ASAP, at no additional charge. Kudos to the whole Orkin team.
I absolutely am happy with MARIA and her excellent work!!!👍👍👍😘
Horrible horrible service and communication. First and last time I use them. I called Christina Castillo after she called and left me a message to schedule an appt. She never called me back. The following day I called her again and the lady who took my call said she sent a message to Christina to call me back with…
The Orkin technician who came to our house was very knowledgeable about our problem. He took time to explain what needed to be done, and he explained what initial steps he would take. He was exceptionally helpful in explaining the steps we should take over the next two months. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his overall plan.
Service person was amiable. Cleaning/sweeping of cobwebs in the front area was complete along the fencing and building itself. Fencing in the back was handled as well. The front entry webs were minimal probably due to last treatment
Does a great job, Mike is very professional and always very friendly.
After 3 years of service, my brand new Cadillac had $21,000 damage thanks to the rats that were left alone by ORKIN and once a 3 months service! and enjoyed all the electrical cables in the engine. I will see what can be done for it.
I’m extremely happy with my Orkin service. They have completely eliminated my spider and ant issues. Our technicians are very communicative and professional and always ask if there are problem areas. I’d recommend them to anyone who uses a regular extermination service.
We have been using Orkin for more than 10 years; and they have always been willing to tell us what needs to be done to keep our home pest-resistant.
I had questions and Francisco explained to me in detail my concerns. I’m extremely satisfied with his service,
Timely, professional, takes care of all of my unwanted bugs.
Mike has been consistently dependable
Francisco was great on last visit Secured holes and cracks from critters & very attentive
Jose was great and knowledgeable. He is always fast as I work from home and the sound of the machine is loud. He's always been very considerate.
His Pole broke so he couldn't finish the job has to come back tomorrow. Ryan is wonderful!
Orkin tech, Alli , has provided excellent service and professionalism for several years at our property. She takes her work seriously and is very responsive to concerns about the pests at our home. Five Stars for sure!
Mike is the best! Keeps me informed of what is happening around the yard, shows up when he says he will and is always friendly. Great peace of mind being cared for by Orkin!! When Mike was out the replacement was fantastic too!!
Outstanding, thorough, courteous and willing to work hard to solve the problem
Alex is very knowledgeable and she answered any questions that I ask. And she always tries to come up with a solution to our problem.
Mike came the first time to our house a year ago and took care of all existing issues. Mike is extremely knowledgebal and thorough! Thanks
The tech Alex, is very professional and knowledgeable. She is always on time and sends a text the day before my appointment. I am pleased with her work!😊
A thorough job, keeps the ants and spiders under control
Very good
I've been using Orkin for years. I always have the same service provider, who knows my name. I have cat good out all the time and never see ants.
Very happy with the service. Technicians are friendly and efficient. No more ants, spiders, or wasp nests.
Orkin sprayed for spiders since we were seeing a ton of cobwebs but the cobwebs came back after a few days so the spiders are not gone!!
For the most part technicians are very courteous and professional. Downfall is they have a high turnover
Excellent at keeping me informed about visits.
Great job today
long time customer and have had the same wonderful exterminator working with us (Alli) for years. She is amazing!
Great communication - I get a notification a day prior and follow up when the technician is on the way. Attention to detail, thorough and always make an effort to address any issues/requests that I bring up.
David is awesome. He ALWAYS calls ahead of arrival to let me know his ETA. He always wears shoe covers (now PPE) without having to ask. Very courteous and asks if there are particular places for concentration. He even asks how we are doing and doesn’t miss a beat with his work. The treatment is working as I don’t…
Excellent, timely, and very courteous service.
Alli is an amazing representative. She is so personal and professional.
Considerate and thorough, great about contacting us before the service appt

Allie is knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and professional. She is a wonderful representative for Orkin.
Great
Have only had initial visit so far but I'm very happy at this point!
Mr. Prado, He’s very professional. He always called me a day before.
They were great. Called before coming in and did a professional job
Alli is always cordial and professional - great service in explaining everything she did - thanks Orkin and Alli Gary
Allie was effective in taking care of the problems in my home. She went the extra steps to point out problems that needed to be addressed.
Prompt service. Very accommodating to our schedule.
Technician is courtesy and professional
Cant say that i am without spiders and silverfish yet, nor can i say that they are always the best at keeping appointments, but they certainly over communicate when they are coming, when they are here, etc. I hope that eventually with enough treatments the actual problems will be resolved and hopefully the…
I have been using Orkin for a couple of years now and for the most part have been happy with their service. But one truly learns about service when you are in a crisis and that’s where Orkin really let me down. I had just planted a ton of new plants when I noticed Gopher activity in my yard, I called Orkin and they…
Always a pleasure with Jose working on things. Everything was taken care of quickly and again very happy with the results :). Thanks Jose.
Great communication and service.
Mike listens to what I need and does good work and is respectful of the property.
The tech Jose always does his best to explain the process and is on time and courteous and thorough.
Orkin hires qualified employees. I have experienced absolute professionalism. Choose Orkin if you want your concerns to be dealt with directly. Sign up for their monthly plan and put your worries on a shelf. Rodents are a disgusting problem in the Bay Area. My Technician Alejandra Magana is a shining star…
Alli has been doing great job every time. With her carefully set traps, we have caught 3 mice. She is accurate in prediction and strategy. She also clean out spider web out side the house. I’m glad we are in good hands. Thank you, Alli!
This company was so professional and very knowledgeable and friendly they explained fully their services. Highly recommend.
Great service, reliable, friendly & efficient!
We’ve been using Orkin for 12 years - great service from courteous technicians.
Great service the technician did a thorough job and answer any questions I had
Juan Prado is a great professional and knowledgeable in his field. Very courteous and always gives us proper notice when he comes.
Dependable, thorough, professional and friendly! Thank you Juan!!!!
Mr Joe Woods was excellent cleaning and wiping spider webs plus spraying the outside and inside against ants and spiders. Most of all he was conscientious, responsible and professional.
Joe W. did an amazing job. Took his time to explain everything he was going to do, very thorough and respectful. He even stayed after dark and didn't rush. Thank you.
Aly was great!!! After not being able to reach orkin and our last tech disappearing... super happy to have a friendly face introduce herself.
They come unannounced! I always ask for a heads up so I can tell them problem areas and they never listen. It is painful dealing with them and getting them to come back and spray the correct areas. Once I have them spray the correct areas, the product works. But for what they are charging, I should not have to go through this headache.
Ok
Our Orkin technician Carlos is courteous, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and a very nice person. He does a great job!!!
They are always polite and professional. I thank them for what they do since I am unable to the work. Now a days it’s wonderful to have such nice workers
Great work from Jose, the Orkin man. Very professional and on time.
Our provider is fantastic! Always professional, listens to our concerns! Rodents will always be there but with the help we receive they’re around far less!
Quality and friendly service! I’m very happy
Allli was very communicative and professional. Friendly and did a thorough job. She is the best pest control technician we have ever had. We would like Alli to continue to be our specialist. Thank you.
We are not happy with the service, we had many mice cought in the tramps and we cleaned ourselves because you guys don't follow up then spiders webs are not completely clean do we feel that we are paying for nothing now one of the holes that was patched on the first visit is not working anymore we saw a mouse going…
Jose was very thorough and extremely polite.
Timely, communicate, helpful and professional
Honestly the main office can use some work. They were supposed to call 1-2 days prior to service and they did not. I called in the morning on the day of service and I asked an approx time they were supposed to be coming . I explained that we have a puppy and needed to make sure she went out Before hand because she…
Carlos was very professional and helpful in performing an inspection in our home.
