I called for emergency assistance with an influx of ants. My call was returned within 8 hours and I received a next-day appointment. The exterminator contacted me the morning of my appointment asking for details of the problem. Hr addressed my specific concerns and those of my husband. He then send a text summarizing his visit with some details.

Hello, I have been happy with Orkin since I chose them for pest control. Appreciate their work.
I am very content with their service. I had some spiders inside and outside the house that were so scary, and I called to schedule in a quick service. They came in right away to spray and get rid of the spiders. When I need to reschedule, Orkin always answers my request in a timely manner to work around my busy schedule.

I hired them to get rid of a bunch of black widows that I’ve been seeing around my home and he made sure to do a thorough job, and he took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure everything was covered instead of just spraying a few things quickly and leaving like a lot of other pest control guys do. Overall great for the value. However every time we get serviced I get the “someone is on their way” text and then 2-3 mins later I get the “we have arrived” text. It makes no sense and it’s frustrating.

I have been using ORKIN for over a year now. Originally I had a rodent issue and they resolved it quickly and there has been no problem since. I now have monthly maintenance outside. And while my neighbors are complaining about fleas and ants, I have had no issue at all!
