Update dealing with rats for 4 months they are destroying everything in my house and Orkin just sets out your trap and does courtesy inspections bit every time they leave something new is destroyed. Personable conscientious workers
Technician came and did not explain well. We asked him to spray on top ceilings of all rooms. He stated he could not do that. He did not put sticker traps as well. Other technician before him came and explained well what he did and put the traps. It seemed technician did it so fast that he was ready to get out of the place.
First inital visit was great! Robert Guzman was thorough with the inspection and even sprayed for insects when we initially requested assistance with rodents. I’m sad to report that they are claiming to have serviced my property and have charged me for service not performed. I have been home all morning with my dogs and while Orkin claimed to be performing my service, no one was in my yard. I will be discontinuing service with them today. Buyer beware!!
A couple years ago Orkin bought the local pest control company I was using. So happy that they kept the original team. Angel has been our service rep the whole time. I stay with Orkin because he always does a great job, remembers what he did last time and is very friendly.

I have been using ORKIN for over a year now. Originally I had a rodent issue and they resolved it quickly and there has been no problem since. I now have monthly maintenance outside. And while my neighbors are complaining about fleas and ants, I have had no issue at all!
