Scheduled for the next day. Arrived at requested hour. Was polite, efficient and through. We were happy with the whole process.
Every encounter I have with Orkin they are always so professional, kind, and caring for my needs. You pay top dollar but get great quality service. Your technician takes their time and discusses our issues and wants to do all they can to solve the problem.

Last week a tech was suppose to be at the house between 10:00-12:00 Finch lane in San Diego, I called at 11:55AM found out that the tech called in sick. I have no problem with that. My problem is NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. I asked that a supervisor get ahold…
