Orkin has been great to work with for our rental properties, which have termites. Pablo came out to inspect the property, and after putting on shoe covers, he checked the termite sighting area, and went into the attic. He was able to find the infested area with the sightings my tenants gave him, and went over my…
Fabulous! Techs were courteous and communicative, letting me know the exact time they would arrive and also removing a dead rodent, even though my house call was only for termites!
Thank you Justin for the inspection today, and pinpointing areas that needs to be addressed. Your service and dedication is very much appreciated Thanks Thw Marchand Family
Professional and efficient service providers.
The techs did a great job!
Christian has been our technician for quite awhile. He has always done a great job. And is responsive to our needs.
Edgardo was great! Very professional, excellent customer service. I feel so confident that they made sure no subterranean termites will ever see the light of day around this house. Excellent!
Service is good. I will recommend this service to everyone.
I always get excellent service with Orkin. Michael does a nice job every time.
Service guy is very informative & personable.
Update Summer2024: Reduced from 5 star to 1 . After recommending Orkin to our friends and seeing the scare tactics, horrible sales pressure and questionable reports, our friends went with another local company and got full tent and multi year guarantee for less than half the $$ Orkin wanted. When they later did our…
ORKIN was excellent as usual! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient
Jason was pleasant, professional and took care to inspect the entire outside, attic, and the garage. Well done!
Very professional. Arrived exactly on time. Explained everything as needed.
Personable professional
Martin did a great job. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and he did what he explained. Excellent!
Ricardo did a great job looking over our property and explaining areas we should monitor. Very professional, on time, great communication skills, and a veteran! Thanks for the great job!
Really nice personnel. Very obliging. Fine job.
Our tech Justin is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Orkin is one of the highest rated for best control and I feel they have my and the houses’s best interest working to keep the structure safe. I appreciated their time and efforts. Jason and Martin have been first class in caring and follow through with their services and more.
We really like the service however there needs to be better communication between the technicians and their office when it comes to appointments, and what the customer request to have done. As in today's case with the termite treatment screen placement for our newly installed attic fan it's a very simple procedure…
Justin Worth is great at addressing and responding within a timely manner. He is great at explaining before and after treatment/inspection and what to watch out for. The termite treatment plans were more pricier but we originally had another company inspect and tell us there were no termites, a less expensive…
Had a great experience all the way from initial call to inspection to getting the work done.
Both technicians arrived on time...masked and gloved. Shared all I needed to do to deal with rodent issue and flexible about follow up to check on traps.
Had the 1 year inspection, since fumigation.
Expertly done, very thorough, well documented.
Terrific service! The service person Paul is the best there is.
I feel confident that my home is protected
I have been a long time customer with Orkin services . My expectations and experience with Orkin has been wonderful. First the costumer service staff is excellent and very professional. Your concerns are their priority. The technician are prepared and ready to perform their duties. Over all i highly recommend Orkin…
Ricardo is a great inspector, friendly and knowledgeable. He found a small drywood termite infestation, and treated it on the spot, taking care of the problem. Great inspector and great company! Thank you for helping me keep my house safe from drywood and subterranean termites!
I suspected my home had termites, and requested a termite inspection. The Orkin inspector quickly identified the issue as crickets, not termites. I was relieved. The home damages and costs associated with termites vs crickets is huge. So bonus points to Orkin for not trying to up sell me on termites! I…
Ricky Valenzuela was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what our options were and what was our best value. He was prompt and responsive to questions and easy to work with. The team that came out to do the work, Mike, Rico, and Daniel, also did a great job. They had to drill for subterranean…
It was at several different properties over the years. I have used Orkin for more than 20 years.

I missed the appointment for checking the traps...which I would have like to talk to the technician. Previous experience though has always been excellent.

Always willing to work with us.
My experiences with Orkin have always been positive. My service tech Leo demonstrates his professionalism by being punctual; updates me on services performed; offers solutions to any issues that arise; and overall is just friendly and pleasure to work with.
We are very Happy with the pest control service. Thank you. As of now, the inside of the house is pest free. There is a concern tho about the back yard. I am very knowledgeable about the webs that black widows make and I have had to smash quite a few adult widows, these last three months. The black widows live in…

I just had Orkin do my annual termite inspection, and Jeffrey was fantastic. He was professional, thorough, enthusiastic about his company and product, and explained all of the services well. Orkin should be proud to have such an excellent employee as he represents the company well! Thank you!

Since starting regular services with Orkin over 2 years ago we have been pest and worry free. Orkin’s customer service is phenomenal. Always pleasant and accommodating. I called to report black widow spiders around our garage and they gladly took care of spraying for them to protect my family. Our regular…
