Update dealing with rats for 4 months they are destroying everything in my house and Orkin just sets out your trap and does courtesy inspections bit every time they leave something new is destroyed. I called for emergency assistance with an influx of ants. My call was returned within 8 hours and I received a next-day appointment. The exterminator contacted me the morning of my appointment asking for details of the problem. Hr addressed my specific concerns and those of my husband. He then send a text summarizing his visit with some details.
Paul is extremely gracious, kind, personable, caring as well as he provides the best service! I love his work! Overall, I recommend Paul from Orkin if you never want to worry about bugs, critters or varment at your home.
Paul has been our technician for a long time and he is professional, reliable and an excellent communicator. I always know exactly when he is coming and he is always on time.
