Every encounter I have with Orkin they are always so professional, kind, and caring for my needs. You pay top dollar but get great quality service. Your technician takes their time and discusses our issues and wants to do all they can to solve the problem.

The techs are great. It is the super visors I have issue with. Last week a tech was suppose to be at the house between 10:00-12:00 Finch lane in San Diego, I called at 11:55AM found out that the tech called in sick. I have no problem with that. My problem is NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. I asked that a supervisor get ahold… Read full review

Angel (Miguel) is the best! He’s always on time and always asks what’s been going on at our house so he can customize the treatment. He remembers my kids names even; I feel like that’s unheard of these days. We’ve used him for years now and will continue to as long as he’s in business. Top notch customer service, I… Read full review

Daniel was our Technician. He was the most thoroughTech we have seen in a very long time. He did all of the things we requested and did them perfectly. He went above and beyond. We really appreciate Daniel and Orking. Thank you so much.

I found a few fleas in my home and decided to call a few pest control business in San Diego and after 3 days of just trying to get an inspection scheduled I gave up. I have been using ORKIN for over a year now. Originally I had a rodent issue and they resolved it quickly and there has been no problem since. I now have monthly maintenance outside. And while my neighbors are complaining about fleas and ants, I have had no issue at all!
