The people that come over to take care of the house are professional. They are knowledgeable and guide me into what I could possibly expect in the future with the changing months/seasons. I've been using this company for almost, if not a year. If after the spraying the ants come back later on, they will come back…
Paul does an outstanding job with protecting my home from insect intruders. Paul has been our Orkin team member for years. Paul is so friendly when we meet up every month.

Absolutely love my Orkin provider! He is always on time and responsive.
I’ve been pleased with Orkin service and especially with the technician who performs the service every two months. Christian is a very nice young man, who is reliable, dependable, professional and communicative. I didn’t shop around as I live in a condo and my immediate neighbor is an Orkin customer. I thought it best to use the same company.
Always really great, pleasant and professional. They always ask if there are problems areas that need immediate attention when they arrive and take care of it right away before doing the full service everywhere else.
Very thoroughly, knowledgeable and kind - great service!

The technician at my house is great but other tech not so good with first time service at daughter’s house. However office was responsive so will see how return visit goes.
The rep was knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely wanted to help. Came a half hour later so I could get home for the appt. Listened to me complain. Did a good job finding the entry areas. All over good service.
The technician is a pleasure to work with; very responsive and thorough
Our technician, Diego, called when he was on the way, was very communicative, and professional. When it came to the service, he explained exactly what he was going to do, and then was very thorough. We have a huge problem with ants at our house. After one visit there has been a drastic reduction in ants, and because…

The orkin representative that comes to my house is very professional, always knocks on the door to let me know he is here. (That way I can keep my dog inside). He is very thorough, first wipes down everything gets rid of all the spiders and cobwebs and then sprays! I never have any problem. He always tells me to be…

Very friendly and communicative.
I suspected my home had termites, and requested a termite inspection. The Orkin inspector quickly identified the issue as crickets, not termites. I was relieved. The home damages and costs associated with termites vs crickets is huge. So bonus points to Orkin for not trying to up sell me on termites! I…
Did a good job. No complaints!
Professional, friendly service! Love the fact that the technican is timely and considerate; always a job well done.
Angel (Miguel) is the best! He’s always on time and always asks what’s been going on at our house so he can customize the treatment. He remembers my kids names even; I feel like that’s unheard of these days. We’ve used him for years now and will continue to as long as he’s in business. Top notch customer service, I…
The representative was professional and courteous and on time
The service calls usually go fine, but I sure wish they would show up during the window they tell us they will arrive. Call me paranoid but I like to talk to the technician when they do the service for our home. Additionally if they show up early and I am not there, because I had to get things done to be present…
Every time the guy comes he’s very professional gets the job done listens to what I am describing as to insect issues and he is always are very courteous
We have used Orkin for a few years now and they have been great and keeping things under control in our backyard. We especially really appreciate their mosquito service during the summer months. Frankie is very responsive, kind, and a great communicator!
I have a quarterly service for ants and spiders control and rodents control. Since the routine service, I have not had any problems. Diego is professional and takes time to explain what he does and answer all my questions. I 😄 happy with their service.
Excellent customer service from the tech who services my property.
We’ve kept Orkin for 3 years now. They’re nice when they do show up, and we haven’t had many bug issues. However, they never show up on the scheduled day or time. Instead, they show up a day or 2 late and then knock on the door and message us saying “your Orkin service has been postponed because no one answered the…
