Edgardo was great! Very professional, excellent customer service. I feel so confident that they made sure no subterranean termites will ever see the light of day around this house. Excellent!
Mr. Diego Suarez, Pest Control Route Manager, is the nice gentleman who services my house/ lot. Mr. Suarez is why I am an Orkin customer. His knowledge, professionalism, and general overall friendliness is beyond outstanding.
Always willing to work with us.
I have been using ORKIN for over a year now. Originally I had a rodent issue and they resolved it quickly and there has been no problem since. I now have monthly maintenance outside. And while my neighbors are complaining about fleas and ants, I have had no issue at all!
Rochelle is the MOST AMAZING and attentive service tech. and we are VERY lucky to have her. THE BEST!!!
Diego was on time, friendly & aware what to do for my ground wasp (bee) infestation.
Alan was very fast and professional and helped me to solve my bee problem. He also promised to follow up in a week if the problem persists.
