Angel (Joey) is always amazing and provides excellent service every time! Thanks Angel and Orkin!
Very polite and professional. Prompt service. Always get a reminder phone call the day before they come out.
Great experience with Orkin! Cody was super informative and did a great job. Really happy!!
Adam was professional, detail-oriented, and worked efficiently. Great service! Highly recommend!
The techs are great. It is the super visors I have issue with. Last week a tech was suppose to be at the house between 10:00-12:00 Finch lane in San Diego, I called at 11:55AM found out that the tech called in sick. I have no problem with that. My problem is NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. I asked that a supervisor get ahold…
Prompt service
Augustine from Orkin is awesome. He goes above and beyond. He's a true MVP.
Great service professional takes time out to discuss any concerns . Spends a good amount of time treating areas around my home.
Eric always provides high quality service.

Hello, I have been happy with Orkin since I chose them for pest control. Appreciate their work.
Rigoberto Gonzalez was my tech and was extremely thorough and professional. He was personable and understanding throughout the whole inspection and remediation process. Highly recommend him as a technician!
Pablo was phenomenal timely efficient and thoroughly killed the bugs
I was hoping to get service for all spiders, nat's and roaches. But I was grateful for what they were able to do.
The team seemed very knowledgeable, professional and seemed dedicated to help my pest issue. First treatment is next week, assessment was today. So far, so good.
Technician was very personable, honest and efficient. Completed all service in a timely manner and was knowledgeable about his craft. Pleasure to work with.
Terrific service! The service person Paul is the best there is.
I have been a long time customer with Orkin services . My expectations and experience with Orkin has been wonderful. First the costumer service staff is excellent and very professional. Your concerns are their priority. The technician are prepared and ready to perform their duties. Over all i highly recommend Orkin…
Very friendly and communicative.
I had an excellent experience, polite and reliable.
Very professional and have eliminated our problems.
I suspected my home had termites, and requested a termite inspection. The Orkin inspector quickly identified the issue as crickets, not termites. I was relieved. The home damages and costs associated with termites vs crickets is huge. So bonus points to Orkin for not trying to up sell me on termites! I…
Angel (Miguel) is the best! He’s always on time and always asks what’s been going on at our house so he can customize the treatment. He remembers my kids names even; I feel like that’s unheard of these days. We’ve used him for years now and will continue to as long as he’s in business. Top notch customer service, I…
The service calls usually go fine, but I sure wish they would show up during the window they tell us they will arrive. Call me paranoid but I like to talk to the technician when they do the service for our home. Additionally if they show up early and I am not there, because I had to get things done to be present…
It was at several different properties over the years. I have used Orkin for more than 20 years.
Excellent customer service from the tech who services my property.
I want to thank Orkin for hiring good people to work for them. When Angel came to do his monthly spraying he found my gate was stuck. Told him I have trouble when it gets warm & I’ve had trouble getting out of my own property. He checked it out, went to get a tool in his truck & in 2 seconds had it fixed. I am…
I can't say enough good things about the technician, Angel. He is amazing! So polite and such an incredibly hard worker. He got rid of the roach problem in my moms apartment after only a few visits. I didn't think it would be possible, but they're gone!!! Thank you Angel!
Our PC Inspector Angel was prompt, informative and provided great customer service!
Daniel was our Technician. He was the most thoroughTech we have seen in a very long time. He did all of the things we requested and did them perfectly. He went above and beyond. We really appreciate Daniel and Orking. Thank you so much.
Always a pleasant and easy experience. The technician is always friendly and willing to target problem areas that pop up.
Nicest service person!!!!
A couple years ago Orkin bought the local pest control company I was using. So happy that they kept the original team. Angel has been our service rep the whole time. I stay with Orkin because he always does a great job, remembers what he did last time and is very friendly.
Orkin sent Angel over to take care of some pests we couldn't get rid of. He did a great job, very professional, as were everyone else I spoke to at Orkin.
After I found a single roach in my kitchen, calling Orkin was the best thing I could've done. They were able to come by the very next day and do an inspection and give me a few thorough courses of action. I trust them, and Rachelle is incredible. Professional, experienced, and thorough.
They came by for the first of several treatments. Very professional and friendly.
The operator was very nice and polite, explained everything in full details. Took his time to do his work. Thank you so much for coming and helping us.
Communication was great, came in did what was needed to do and was done in a timely matter.
Rachelle is a Great Orkin technician. She has made my condo bug free for the last year +. Very prompt, knowledgeable and she's a really nice person too.
