Mike -- awesome !
Orkin showed up on time. They were only there for 15 minutes. My yard wasn’t sprayed like I’d hoped. I was told that the bugs hide in decks, guttering, my gazebo..etc. This is where they sprayed in the back yard. My front yard was not sprayed. Tonight I went outside & I was disappointed. We still had mosquitoes and…
Excellent technician, Ben, who clearly takes pride in his work. Also, we value that it has always been the same tech, so it appears Orkin values and retains its employees. Also, communication is excellent with texts about when and what time frame service will be provided.

I asked for a specific service and they didn't perform it then I told him again and it still wasn't done.
I feel like our operator listens to my concerns on every single visit, doesn't just assume everything is going the same as last time - he goes over things with me like it's a new visit. He's professional, but warm, and it's comfortable to have him in and around our home.
They do a good job and are friendly.
