Very pleased with services!
Highly satisfied
Jeremy came out yesterday, Tuesday, and did an excellent job on targeting black ants and huge spiders and huge webs. I appreciated his assistance in getting these icky bugs under control! Also, he was very pleasant, and very professional.

A+ Professionalism. Always educated & answering my questions. No problems once Orkin showed up.
They are affordable, answered all my questions and came out next day.
The gentleman that came to my house was pleasant knew what he was talking about but the only downside I seen to it is they do no contract or receipts on paying the person that comes to your house
My person is alway polite and courteous and always lets me know when he is coming
The guys are always friendly and polite plus they do a thorough job
Stefan was on time, and explained to me everything he was doing. He was very detailed with his explaining.
I have always been greatly satisfied with Orkin's pest control. We are bug free. If any bug does show up they are always right back out to address the issue. Tony does an excellent job on our maintenance program.

Quick, precise service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Frank was very nice and attentive. edited 1/25/2024 The entire team that cleared my attic and blew in new insulation was awesome. They were very friendly; even helped get my neighbor's car unstuck. 10/10
Cordell, our Orkin service provider is polite, kind and very thorough in his home exam and treatment. No longer do I worry about a surprise spider visit or a basement roach! Haven’t seen a rodent ever and he helps to keep it that way. We appreciate our Orkin team!
Knowledgeable technicians, reliable service and show up when they say they will be there.
Jeremy was very respectful of our needs. He explained what the products were and what they did. Which I really appreciated. Looking forward to no more roaches. Thanks Orkin.
The professional was great! Very nice! All of the above! 10 out of 10
I have several houses they service, they have a habit of saying they arrived charging me but never completing the service.Caught them red handed 10/12/2023. No integrity.
Very effective pest control in a rural home.
Scheduling services is a Nightmare and absolutely No follow up from them on termite services which are charged service fees annually.
The guy showed up within the hours he was supposed to. He was kind, professional, and had a set plan to take care of the issue. He also talked us through the plan, didn't mind that we have pets, and was quite patient.
Unfortunately, I can't give a 5 star rating, at this time. We had an issue a year ago and they had been treating/spraying every month or so.
