Jeremy came out yesterday, Tuesday, and did an excellent job on targeting black ants and huge spiders and huge webs. I appreciated his assistance in getting these icky bugs under control! Also, he was very pleasant, and very professional.

Scheduled service needed next day due to building issues. Arrived as scheduled, polite, personable and efficient. Appreciate quick service.

The gentleman that came to my house was pleasant knew what he was talking about but the only downside I seen to it is they do no contract or receipts on paying the person that comes to your house

Cordell, our Orkin service provider is polite, kind and very thorough in his home exam and treatment. No longer do I worry about a surprise spider visit or a basement roach! Haven’t seen a rodent ever and he helps to keep it that way. We appreciate our Orkin team!

I have several houses they service, they have a habit of saying they arrived charging me but never completing the service.Caught them red handed 10/12/2023. No integrity.

Very effective pest control in a rural home.

Scheduling services is a Nightmare and absolutely No follow up from them on termite services which are charged service fees annually.

The guy showed up within the hours he was supposed to. He was kind, professional, and had a set plan to take care of the issue. He also talked us through the plan, didn't mind that we have pets, and was quite patient.

Unfortunately, I can't give a 5 star rating, at this time. We had an issue a year ago and they had been treating/spraying every month or so. Orkin has great customer service. Jeremy, our technician, comes within the scheduled time frame, is always professional and courteous, and has discussions with us to see what problems we have been experiencing and he gives solutions. He is not pushy. We have Orkin come quarterly to keep any bugs at bay, and we highly recommend them.

Brad works very hard. He is flexible to accommodate appointments which helps with my irregular work schedule. He goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend Orkin and technician Brad.

Mr. Stephen is very respectable and knowledgeable with vanquishing the unwanted critters. He works on your time and what works for your family. He is pet friendly. I appreciate his efforts with spiders, mice, and ants. He is awesome

The technician arrived and was very professional and explain things to me about the service and about my guarantee from the service he will provide for me that day very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. A little pricy for one time and seniors should receive a discount I am 67 when I asked they said no not a good value 🚳

Indoor: They don’t come when they say they will be there. So annoying! Not pleased with level of service Outdoor: They have never been able to get the problem under control. Brought another company in to handle Outdoor issue and the had results in 24 hours. Overall: considering other options
