Jeremy came out yesterday, Tuesday, and did an excellent job on targeting black ants and huge spiders and huge webs. I appreciated his assistance in getting these icky bugs under control! Also, he was very pleasant, and very professional.

Actually your technician left without finishing the quarterly job. So I'm not able to pay when the job wasn't done correctly. I've always had excellent service so I'm wondering if there was an emergency.

Orkin comes every other month for pest control. Have been using them for several years and very satisfied.

Indoor: They don’t come when they say they will be there. So annoying! Not pleased with level of service Outdoor: They have never been able to get the problem under control. Brought another company in to handle Outdoor issue and the had results in 24 hours. Overall: considering other options

This was my first visit because of a mouse problem. The gentleman looked through the upstairs, basement, outside the house and garage, and inside the garage. Additional traps have been put out for the mice and sprayed to keep bugs away. While in the basement it was found I have a termite problem.

I heard mice scurrying around upstairs. Brad checked all the poison traps, refilled as needed, and looked for any signs of nesting.

Heck they didn’t even show up then sent a message saying thanks for choosing orkan not only that Idk we had an issue with spiders and let me tell you whatever they were using only fed them dang on things

We had a mouse infestation a while ago and thought we had gotten rid of them. Turns out we were wrong. Orkin man came and did a full inspection and placed traps and poison. He was very nice and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I'll definitely be looking to use them in the future for other pest control needs.
