Jeremy came out yesterday, Tuesday, and did an excellent job on targeting black ants and huge spiders and huge webs. I appreciated his assistance in getting these icky bugs under control! Also, he was very pleasant, and very professional.

The service is on time, very professional and has eliminated any pest issues. The gentleman who handles my home could not be nicer and is also great with my dogs.

I have always been greatly satisfied with Orkin's pest control. We are bug free. If any bug does show up they are always right back out to address the issue. Tony does an excellent job on our maintenance program.

Scheduling services is a Nightmare and absolutely No follow up from them on termite services which are charged service fees annually.

Actually your technician left without finishing the quarterly job. So I'm not able to pay when the job wasn't done correctly. I've always had excellent service so I'm wondering if there was an emergency.

The techs are always on time and professional. We appreciate they listen to the issues and respond accordingly. We recommend the local branch.

Still waiting for the inspection because the rodent exterminator just came by to leave some traps, but huge load off my mind they could come by right away.

The inspections have not been good. After awhile of having the service they quit inspecting and don't really spray for insects in or out of the home!!!!!

Orkin comes every other month for pest control. Have been using them for several years and very satisfied.

Indoor: They don’t come when they say they will be there. So annoying! Not pleased with level of service Outdoor: They have never been able to get the problem under control. Brought another company in to handle Outdoor issue and the had results in 24 hours. Overall: considering other options
