They were very prompt to respond, called Monday and they were here today (Wednesday) was here at the prescribed time and went right to work on the ant problem, but this was the third time having to come for the same problem.

Cordell, our Orkin service provider is polite, kind and very thorough in his home exam and treatment. No longer do I worry about a surprise spider visit or a basement roach! Haven’t seen a rodent ever and he helps to keep it that way. We appreciate our Orkin team!

This place was 10 outta 10, they definitely handled all my issues were very responsive with my issues and addressed them all highly satisfied customer here even came out to the house on Saturday!

Tony was very professional and right on time. Came the very next morning after I called. He took the time to listen to everything I had seen and tried them went into cellar and crawl space looking for nest. Since he treated and left I have seen all dead or dying yellow jackets now! Expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

Cordarrell came out to spray for active wasps and was very friendly and informative. Within the week we found a new place in our yard and he came back out promptly to take care of them with no extra fee. 30 day guarantee was included in our price and they upheld that.

Our initial set up at our new home was sub par. HOWEVER.....when i called back for a follow up they were quick to come out and respray and i was able to meet our normal "bug guy" He is super helpful, professional and friendly. Best of all he is ontime!!!

Guys very professional...no more hornets...they were bad for like 2 weeks b4 I called Orkin..I will call again if more comes back..hopefully hornets don't come back...but I was glad to hear of a guaranteed if they do come back within 30 days....
