Orkin

Brad Denning had done a wonderful job with mouse control at my mom's house. It was not an infestation but coming in to eat!!! He found where they were coming in and continues to inspect on a regular schedule. And he takes care of the crickets in the summer. We are very happy with Brad as our service tech.

Excellent service from Brian. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Technicians are friendly and professional. They cover their shoes before entering. My current technician, Jerry is amazing. He asks if I've had problems. If so, he looks into my concerns and always solves a problem. I am very happy with Orkin services. I highly recommend them. I have used them several times since I… Read full review

(Update 5/20/2026) Jeremy has been to my house twice (this time with a teammate that I forgot to ask his name) and operates with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. Thorough job.

I used Orkin to rid my dad’s house of those nasty Rodents & Sprickets. After the first visit, the sprickets disappeared! By the third visit, we realized we hadn’t seen or heard mice in a while. This is a Great service! I will definitely use their service again if I have any more unwelcome pests/rodents!!

They are affordable, answered all my questions and came out next day.

My experience with Orkin through Chad has been great. He answered all my questions and took my concerns seriously. My pest problems have been taken care of. Very satisfied.

My person is alway polite and courteous and always lets me know when he is coming

The service tech was very thorough. Unfortunately we seem to be addressing a mice issue again that I just paid $7000 for. I think we need a different inspector to come out to see how they are getting as we did do all the recommendations and they are still here

Great service technician very knowledgeable

My service with Orkin is awesome; I rarely see anything since my service started. Brad Denning is who comes and sprays for me, and he is very friendly, cares about giving good pest/rodent treatment, and is all around a great guy who has never caused any issues.

The representative is always on time and keeps me informed on days he will be coming to my home

Ian was very thorough, knowledgable and friendly

Mike treated the entire house, inside and outside, for mice bugs and spiders.

I have always been greatly satisfied with Orkin's pest control. We are bug free. If any bug does show up they are always right back out to address the issue. Tony does an excellent job on our maintenance program.

Wayne was our technician this time. He is going to be our technician now that Anthony retired. Very professional and polite.

Clayton our tech was awesome! He called when he was on his way snd introduced himself. He was very friendly.

A different technician was here again. Seems like we have a different technician every time. I showed high where al, the traps were and where the others had checked. That is all he did, change the traps. He was to check our registers, I showed high them, He only checked one. He DID NOT SPRAY ANY WHERE IN THE… Read full review

I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with Jason and Dalton. They did a great job with providing me with a shield and with pest control. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and extremely thorough in their knowledge, and in the work delivered. I give them the highest recommendation!

Cordell, our Orkin service provider is polite, kind and very thorough in his home exam and treatment. No longer do I worry about a surprise spider visit or a basement roach! Haven’t seen a rodent ever and he helps to keep it that way. We appreciate our Orkin team!

Very professional and friendly

Mr. Stephen is very respectable and knowledgeable with vanquishing the unwanted critters. He works on your time and what works for your family. He is pet friendly. I appreciate his efforts with spiders, mice, and ants. He is awesome

Treated my house in the rain. Called that morning, no one answered. Left a message for them not to treat the house because of the rain. They treated it anyway and charged me. No one ever called me back.

My tech is always efficient and professional. I've used orkin for about 3 years in a rural area and WOW! They do a great job keeping the crawlies away. Customer service is second to none. Great work!

Orkin did a great job for one of my family members, their price was considerably less than the competition. They were professional and very efficient.

Orkin’s have a very polite customer service department. The guys that came into my home made me feel at ease. They did their jobs according to your needs. Great Group of people. Thanks

He was amazing !!I think his name was Tyler

I met with Chuck and Justin. Both are knowledgeable and helpful. I’m looking forward to positive results. Seems like a good company.

Still waiting for the inspection because the rodent exterminator just came by to leave some traps, but huge load off my mind they could come by right away.

Always arrives on time and courteous.

Very responsive and very kind Workers are always informative and helpful quickly responsive to your needs HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Tony was very thorough and professional.

The inspections have not been good. After awhile of having the service they quit inspecting and don't really spray for insects in or out of the home!!!!!

I was just getting ready to move into a new house but upon my inspection of the house I saw droppings so I called orkin and they came right out and did their inspection and found a hole then a week or so later they came to fix the hole which allowed access for pests. They were very professional and kind and they were in and out. 10/10 would recommend

Tech arrived early (called first). Very thorough inspection. Gave clear direction as to what he was doing.

Very friendly and professional

Indoor: They don’t come when they say they will be there. So annoying! Not pleased with level of service Outdoor: They have never been able to get the problem under control. Brought another company in to handle Outdoor issue and the had results in 24 hours. Overall: considering other options

The Orkin professional, Cordell, was most thorough and kind and professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated his time and excellence.

Just to make sure I’m bug free and sane 🤣

Friendly and courteous.

Very good people highly recommended

Great company and service.

Just started today. Very pleased so far.

Great service!!

The guys showed as directed, we walked thru the process prior to them starting. very courteous and professional. welcome experience

This was my first visit because of a mouse problem. The gentleman looked through the upstairs, basement, outside the house and garage, and inside the garage. Additional traps have been put out for the mice and sprayed to keep bugs away. While in the basement it was found I have a termite problem.

The only bad thing about my service was that the lady on the phone stated I would have a termite inspection as well. However only the bug guy came who could not give termite inspection.

It feels like a friend is helping you out. Couldn't ask for better service.

The man that came out at 2:00 today June 23, 22 was very nice and did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with his work he took the place of chuck our other orkin guy that we had since I started with them three years ago. If you need someone good go with Orkin you’ll get your money’s.

Very friendly professional service I definitely recommend to anyone

He is always professional, polite and thorough!

Orkin Springfield IL has changed our set dates and times on multiple occasions in the past 2 years. We have asked for text messages. Instead, emails are sent “we are in our way”. We had a set day, time, and week during each month reserved. We have talked with the office, and it is not consistent. We have had their… Read full review

I cancelled my contract just yesterday. The lack of consistency, not showing up for appointments and unprofessional behavior of one technician that was recorded on my Ring was more than enough reason. I would not recommend Orkin in Springfield, Illinois.

Professional and friendly technician.

The technician was very friendly and good with kids.

Prompt responsive and professionally done.

I've never used a pest control company since we've never had pests. Yesterday my cat brought me a dead mouse. So I was on the phone pretty quick. I have an older home, so I'm not too surprised they got in. Orkin was easy to reach, the woman I spoke to was kind and funny and helped me through my "dead mouse… Read full review

I heard mice scurrying around upstairs. Brad checked all the poison traps, refilled as needed, and looked for any signs of nesting.

Brian showed up on time and immediately started to work. Inspected the outside of the house looking for holes or cracks to fill. Took his time and was thorough. He explained his process so I understood what he was doing. Good experience.

Good Service

Jeremy was awesome, very professional and I would highly recommend Orkin for pest control.
