They only came today so can't say how well it works yet
Orkin showed up on time. They were only there for 15 minutes. My yard wasn’t sprayed like I’d hoped. I was told that the bugs hide in decks, guttering, my gazebo..etc. This is where they sprayed in the back yard. My front yard was not sprayed. Tonight I went outside & I was disappointed. We still had mosquitoes and…

I asked for a specific service and they didn't perform it then I told him again and it still wasn't done.
I feel like our operator listens to my concerns on every single visit, doesn't just assume everything is going the same as last time - he goes over things with me like it's a new visit. He's professional, but warm, and it's comfortable to have him in and around our home.
They do a good job and are friendly.
We’ve had excellent people from day 1 with Orkin, from techs to inspectors and even the company call center. They send service reminders, alerts when they’re on their way, and are always extremely respectful, efficient, and informative when they come. Our local office is an excellent extension of the brand!
