We had two full attic remediations done at our home (the garage and the living space) and could not be happier about the experience. Blake, Andrew, and Drew worked extremely hard, on a very hot day I might add, and were courteous, friendly, and professional the entire time. I hope that they are being paid well…

Inspection was good and informative, 2 young men that did the actual work were thorough and explained the process. Were well mannered and did a fine job of cleanup after extermination process was done.

Treated my house in the rain. Called that morning, no one answered. Left a message for them not to treat the house because of the rain. They treated it anyway and charged me. No one ever called me back.
The guys were very friendly and professional! The did however take up brick on my patio and did not put the bricks back and I did not get a receipt. Over all I recommend!

Indoor: They don’t come when they say they will be there. So annoying! Not pleased with level of service Outdoor: They have never been able to get the problem under control. Brought another company in to handle Outdoor issue and the had results in 24 hours. Overall: considering other options

I have used orkin for the past few years to keep the bugs out of my house. I began using their service at my previous address where we had a bed bug infestation. It was a tedious process and I vowed to not ever have that problem again. Thanks to Orkin... I haven't!

We uncovered a termite infestation when we removed our wood deck to pour a concrete porch. Their response was immediate and Troy Creasey did a very good job. We felt like it was an honest inspection and an honest treatment to exterminate the termites.

I discovered we had some unwanted guests coming up through the cracks in our garage.(termites) I contacted Orkin and they sent someone to inspect the same day and gave me a plan of remediation and an estimate of that cost, (which was actually lower than I anticipated) They had a finance option that suited my family…
Showed up two hours early , Came in very professional gave me all the info I needed . Got to work , covers all pest control. On a plan that will cover follow up visits every other month . To make sure I have no pest problems.

Orkin was great when I called. There salesman Tom was incredibly knowledgeable & was able to answer all of our questions. When their service techs arrived were very professional & did a throrough job. While the techs were working their service manager stopped by the house to check on the progress.
