I was extremely pleased with today’s service provided by Q & Lay. They both represented the company well unlike the first rep that did a half baked application. I am rating as 3 stars until I am able to see progress of eliminating the infestation. Thank you to the two above reps for providing such exceptional…
The type of service and lehertu of service keep changing. My original valles was for FIRE ANTS!
Would not call before coming. Not through in spraying thru house.
Professional
The tech I had yesterday waa good. It's management that is horrible. You cant reach the office when you call. They dont tell you when they are coming until they are a few minutes away. The only way you can reach them unless you are requesting new service. If your an existing customer they don't answer the phone. I…
They provide good product, but scheduling services to customer requests is sorely lacking and needs improvement.
Great attitude by Anthony . Awesome guy
Quality service for great price. Very responsive, prompt and awesome customer experience.
I started seeing unwanted guests periodically at night and never had an issue with.bugs until my neighbors cams. I inquired about services on a Wednesday and they set me up to get started the very next day. It was quick and not expensive! I love it!
Very competent, nice, and they call ahead so that you know when they are about to show up.

Carl was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. He took care of the inside first, then the outside and garage. He got down the spider webs which was the best thing ever. As new homeowners, we appreciated the detail he paid to our home. We will continue to use them for regular service.
1st service was great! Very pleased. Thank you and hopefully we will continue to have great service
The exterminator was very knowledgeable and he took his time making when he was spraying my home. He also made sure I was satisfied with the service.
I was tricked into getting a recurring service with them claiming that them coming on a monthly for at least 3 months was the only way to get rid of the pest. Each time they came out it seems like the bare minimum was done, and I still saw the same giant ants and spiders around my home after they left. On the 3rd…
Very friendly and helpful!
Great service and results.
The agent was super cool and as always knew what he was doing.
When it was time to service my property, the representative would show up unannounced. Whenever I would try to reschedule they were unresponsive and would come on random days at random times. There were times when I was home all day and then I would get the email that someone came out. That could not be true. No…
Daniel was very professional and thorough. He alerted me to the fact that one of my screens had come out on my crawlspace. So happy with this level of service.

Ronald, the route manager was absolutely amazing. Above and beyond service!! He was very nice and informative!! I just moved from Illinois and bought a house in Georgia. My family and I was very please with her customer service. Forgot her name, but she did mention she was a manager, and you could tell. She knew her job. She was pleasant, very courteous, and professional. I wish she could come for the duration of time. There's so much more we or I can say. I'll just say, there should be more like her.
Mr Andrew was great. Quick, courteous , and professional.

The guy that came out was polite and friendly. Service didn't take long either. Before I comment on effectiveness, I will have to wait couple weeks to see if there's a change.
This is an edit from a previous visit. The Orkin rep Mr. A. Smith was friendly and fast. So fast that I didn't even know he was gone until I looked out my kitchen window and seen something flapping in the wind on my screen door. Since I was home when he got here he could have at least told me he was done and asked…
