Chris was really good, he came out to my rental property ! He was a good listener and got the job done !
I was extremely pleased with today’s service provided by Q & Lay. They both represented the company well unlike the first rep that did a half baked application. Very Professional and provided Great C. Service
Would not call before coming. Not through in spraying thru house.

The tech I had yesterday waa good. It's management that is horrible. You cant reach the office when you call. They dont tell you when they are coming until they are a few minutes away. The only way you can reach them unless you are requesting new service. If your an existing customer they don't answer the phone. I…
They were very professional and friendly when spraying my home
Abdul was very professional and efficient. He asked about any problems I was having and explained the billing.
Excellent service, great customer service!!
They provide good product, but scheduling services to customer requests is sorely lacking and needs improvement.
The guy that came is so professional and very polite.
Our Orkin rep Carlston has been reassigned and we now have Carl who is not up to the same level as Carlton. First of all Carl was hesitant to change the paper traps and asked us why. He had to go to truck to get new paper traps and when he can back in house I asked if he blocked my car in driveway. He looked…
Service was as expected! A time frame was given from 10-12 and the Orkin man arrived at 11:30. The job was completed quickly. We just moved into this rental home and it had a lot of insects lurking in the garage and randomly around the house. I scheduled weekend service and they did the job. Preciate it!
Nice experience
Very competent, nice, and they call ahead so that you know when they are about to show up.

Carl was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. He took care of the inside first, then the outside and garage. He got down the spider webs which was the best thing ever. Anthony is very professional and he made sure all requested services was addressed. He is very informative and he definitely has a great personality that works well for this company. Thank you Anthony!!!
The product used in my house worked after approximately 3 months, I have to admit Orkin eliminated my roach problem...the mosquitoes not so much. The reason for my rating is due to their terrible customer service. The tech that was assigned to my home never showed for my original scheduled appointments, I had to…

Mr. Kelly, did an awesome job. He communicated to me in details what he was going to do. Also, he told me about the after affect of exterminating the house. I really appreciate him for taking the take to explain things to me. Thanks Mr.Kelly.
Anthony was professional and quick. He gave me some great tips on how to further prevent unwanted “guests”. I would recommend their service.
You charged me for services you never rendered. You have to remember we're set up in my neighborhood with "Ring" devices to see who comes and who goes. Your representative passed by my house but never provided a service yet you charged me for services never rendered and asked me to rate your services. I want my…
The guy that came out was polite and friendly. Service didn't take long either. Before I comment on effectiveness, I will have to wait couple weeks to see if there's a change.
Orkin may cost a little more than Cook's, but they are well worth it! In less than 9 months, they have pretty much gotten rid of our roach problem. Everyone who has come to our house has been extremely professional and friendly. Thanks, Orkin!
This is an edit from a previous visit. The Orkin rep Mr. A. Smith was friendly and fast. So fast that I didn't even know he was gone until I looked out my kitchen window and seen something flapping in the wind on my screen door. Since I was home when he got here he could have at least told me he was done and asked…

Okay service. Technician did have all the products needed. He did not have enough pest boxes to replace the ones removed.
After a few challenges, the local team worked to provide excellent service. I am satisfied with their performance.
Abdul is always awesome. He takes care of our home and helps us with any concerns we have. One of our neighbors had black widows and roaches but Abdul made sure we didn’t have the same problem and protected our home. We live on a lake so insects are always a concern. We have small children and we want to keep them safe. We know we are in good hands.
Absolutely wonderful.

Horrible customer service and poor quality product.
They are always so pleasant and prompt and they call first. They ask me if I need anything related to pest control indoors and they will check it for me. They are always so very nice and professional.
I have a regular occurring residential service contract for pest control with Orkin. Mostly for insects control. Service is always prompt, friendly and thorough. Pricing is fair in the quality of work is outstanding. Works well around pets and other household items.

Very professional technician
Technician was very professional and paid attention to detail.
Works bugs are gone! Worth it!!!!
I am not happy with customer service because I have called on several occasions specifying that I'd like a call prior to them coming for service so that I can be home and that I would like indoor/outdoor treatment every visit. They have not complied yet and its becoming very frustrating. I just want to be home when…
Sprayed entire house and outside perimeter. In and out in no time.
They did everything the "other guys" failed to do, which is going throughout the whole house spraying everywhere, setting traps and putting things out so the bugs can't reproduce. Awesome work.
Anthony was great! I look forward to the results in which only time will tell, but definitely professional, affordable, and communicative! So far very satisfied
Bugs free. I liked the technician. He was very knowledgeable. And help us on how to stay bug free. Very nice guy.

Great service! The technician was very willing to answer all my questions and go over his observations in detail before, during, and after the pest treatment service!
We live near the woods and had lots of spiders and water bugs. It got to where no matter what we did they just keep coming. I called Orkin and Kelly came out inspected and sprayed and he set my mind at ease . Thank you so much.
The technician that came to my house was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful during my service. I really appreciate his thoroughness and his attention to detail!
We recently started working with them and they came out right away when we wanted to sign up. Once we did, I needed them to come back out because our bugs were getting annoyingly numerous again. I scheduled an appointment with them via text and they responded in a timely manner. The day of, they canceled and told me…
Roaches!!! The technician was great, and respectful. His customer service skills showed the company screened their employees before hiring. I will recommend this company to family and friends.

The gentlemen that come out to my house was very nice professional. He made sure I was satisfied with the service. And I will recommend other people to this company. Good customer service
I have been with Orkin since 2017 I haven't had any Issues with my services. My service technician is Mr. Andrew he is always very nice and friendly along with being professional.
Great Service I’m glad I made that call
Ada Anderson was very professional. And treated the whole apartment and not just one area like other pest control companies. My only issue is that I still see some roaches but not as much as before the treatment. I will continue using them but they are a little pricey.
Terrible service, horrible attention. On July 24, 2020 I called for service with this company, they were supposed to return for a follow-up to the fumigation treatment, exactly one month passed, and nothing of them, until they made a debit from my bank account, obviously I had to call them to Know what is happening,…
Orkin's service was fantastic! The tech was prompt, professional, and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure I had quality service.
This is my first visit it took a little longer than it was supposed to because of scheduling problems but they compensated me appropriately and I am satisfied with the service so far.
I use Orkin for quarterly maintenance of pests. The representatives are very personable and helpful and always do a thorough job.
The are the premier pest control service and the technicians are always bug guru's!!
