Today Orkin was really at its best. I am very pleased with Kathryn Copote . She always smiling so professional when it comes to knowing the product.

Outdoor inspection ok- advance notification from company of upcoming visit very unsatisfactory although company has been informed of this over the past 2 yrs- THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS

First they set up an appointment without my consent, expecting me to give a full day for them to come. Had to cancel and reschedule. Second, the time frame for the person to come, was not met.

My Orkin professional (Brian) arrived on time and explained any questions I had about the service with ample knowledge. He worked quickly and upon departure explained our schedule and that he would be the one proforming any and all services to our property once a month for the next year. Money well spent. I definitely recommend.

I had my 1st Orkin visit today. Mathias, Orkin Tech was on time. Very nice and cordial. Immediately put on shoe coverings. He explained the inspection to me thoroughly. Answered my questions and treated my home properly by spraying every area within guidelines. I’m satisfied and will see Orkin back in 30 days for next inspection.

My service provided to me by Mr. Christopher Haney was impeccable. He provided to me much information to include areas of concentration. He cleared area where spiders frequent, and identified a described bug I saw a couple of months ago. He cleared my area of spider webs, to include the outside windows and front door areas.

Two years ago we discovered termites in our home. Of course we had to take action so we called Orbin. They were prompt and through, they did a great job. They explained the issue and what action they were taking to fix the problem. We’ve been satisfied with the service and plan to continue our contract with them.
