He worked quickly and upon departure explained our schedule and that he would be the one proforming any and all services to our property once a month for the next year. Money well spent. Our Orkin Man, EJ, is friendly and professional. He goes the extra mile when I request for him to spray the areas that may need extra spraying (i.e. window sills). Thank you!

Quinton services my in-home pest control quarterly. He is phenomenal! Always courteous and professional. In addition he listens to my concerns and suggests effective ways to provide resolution.
Water bugs, yellow jackets, carpenter ants, spiders, etc.
The Technician just left my house and I am so furious with the service that I received he literally sprayed my tomato plants directly my flowers directly he did not use a fog gun just sprayed like for termites! He did not clean the spiderwebs off the lights. He was here for less than 10 minutes. Done, Done and Done!
He did a good job. Thanks
Mr Goodlett came out to our home. He was very kind and professional. He explained everything he was doing and how he was treating our specific situation as well as what to expect.

At first I had terminex come out Friday and I was about to pay them for everything they said I needed. Something told me to get a second look. So I called Orkin to come out , and that was the BEST DECISION to make . They took their time inspecting , built a relationship, throughly explained, etc . I told them about…
A big thank you to Markel! It was so pleasing to see a young man with integrity and professionalism! Thank you Orkin!
Isaac was great and knowledgeable!
Carl arrived and immediately went to work on securing the perimeter of my home for water bugs, spiders, and other bugs.
Well when I called in and made appointment everything the guy on the phone tolded me was not true, when the person came to my house he didn’t do really anything. Paying 200 + for what , it’s been a day later and still have my problem.i made the appointment only because he tolded me they would get the rodents gone…
Would not call before coming. Not through in spraying thru house.
Professional
The tech I had yesterday waa good. It's management that is horrible. You cant reach the office when you call. They dont tell you when they are coming until they are a few minutes away. The only way you can reach them unless you are requesting new service. If your an existing customer they don't answer the phone. I…
Nice experience
Carl was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. He took care of the inside first, then the outside and garage. He got down the spider webs which was the best thing ever. As new homeowners, we appreciated the detail he paid to our home. We will continue to use them for regular service.
The product used in my house worked after approximately 3 months, I have to admit Orkin eliminated my roach problem...the mosquitoes not so much. The reason for my rating is due to their terrible customer service. The tech that was assigned to my home never showed for my original scheduled appointments, I had to…
Very friendly and helpful!

My expert is awesome. He is on time and he works to make sure I am a satisfied customer. Always professional, kind and considerate.
My experience with this company is usually pretty good; however, over the last couple months the service has been mediocre. Not only has my schedule for mosquito treatment been rescheduled, four (4) times within the last two-weeks. But I advised my branch that I am unavailable during the day since I no longer work…
Anthony was professional and quick. He gave me some great tips on how to further prevent unwanted “guests”. I would recommend their service.
As usual, my technician is very thorough, polite, and friendly. I have had the same technician since last year and he absolutely the best!

Thank you Ade for coming out! You absolutely professional, knowledgeable & understanding! We appreciate you!
Abdul is always awesome. He takes care of our home and helps us with any concerns we have. One of our neighbors had black widows and roaches but Abdul made sure we didn’t have the same problem and protected our home. We live on a lake so insects are always a concern. We have small children and we want to keep them safe. We know we are in good hands.
The technician was professional, pleasant and efficiently performed the services. The product has worked for my family.
They are always so pleasant and prompt and they call first. They ask me if I need anything related to pest control indoors and they will check it for me. They are always so very nice and professional.
GREAT job Thanks
Great job!
I am not happy with customer service because I have called on several occasions specifying that I'd like a call prior to them coming for service so that I can be home and that I would like indoor/outdoor treatment every visit. They have not complied yet and its becoming very frustrating. I just want to be home when…
We live near the woods and had lots of spiders and water bugs. It got to where no matter what we did they just keep coming. I called Orkin and Kelly came out inspected and sprayed and he set my mind at ease . Thank you so much.
