Setting up the appointment was easy. My technician, Brian, arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and respectful while explaining exactly what he would be doing during this visit and my options moving forward.

Well when I called in and made appointment everything the guy on the phone tolded me was not true, when the person came to my house he didn’t do really anything. I’ve been with Orkin for a few years and have always been satisfied with the service. When we left our old home it was overrun with roaches and I knew we would carry them with us. They didn't show up for the first appointment. The second appointment they cancelled and rescheduled for a date and time of their choice. I've been waiting for a manager to call me for three days. The Fayetteville location is horrible. I told my neighbors to use someone else.

Would not call before coming.Not through in spraying thru house.

Ok I guess still have a mice cutting a hole in the flour container etc. We will see

They did not do what I was especially them to do on the very first visit but I paid a lot of money for nobody to really inspect

I started seeing unwanted guests periodically at night and never had an issue with.bugs until my neighbors cams. I inquired about services on a Wednesday and they set me up to get started the very next day. It was quick and not expensive! I love it!

Carl was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. He took care of the inside first, then the outside and garage. He got down the spider webs which was the best thing ever. As new homeowners, we appreciated the detail he paid to our home. We will continue to use them for regular service.

I don't think you understand how bad this infestation is. When the contractors did the work on my home they let tons of rats in there. I wasn't home to see just how bad it was until they said the work was done and I had to go home. There's rest feces and urine on everything. My clothes are ruined. They've eaten my… Read full review
