Well when I called in and made appointment everything the guy on the phone tolded me was not true, when the person came to my house he didn’t do really anything. Paying 200 + for what , it’s been a day later and still have my problem.i made the appointment only because he tolded me they would get the rodents gone…
I’ve been with Orkin for a few years and have always been satisfied with the service. When we left our old home it was overrun with roaches and I knew we would carry them with us. Orkin handled that flawlessly and we haven’t even seen a roach in two years. Our new service rep. (LayLay, I think) went above and beyond…
They didn't show up for the first appointment. The second appointment they cancelled and rescheduled for a date and time of their choice. I've been waiting for a manager to call me for three days. The Fayetteville location is horrible. I told my neighbors to use someone else.
Would not call before coming. Not through in spraying thru house.
Ok I guess still have a mice cutting a hole in the flour container etc. We will see
They did not do what I was especially them to do on the very first visit but I paid a lot of money for nobody to really inspect
Great attitude by Anthony . Awesome guy
Our Orkin rep Carlston has been reassigned and we now have Carl who is not up to the same level as Carlton. First of all Carl was hesitant to change the paper traps and asked us why. He had to go to truck to get new paper traps and when he can back in house I asked if he blocked my car in driveway. He looked…
I started seeing unwanted guests periodically at night and never had an issue with.bugs until my neighbors cams. I inquired about services on a Wednesday and they set me up to get started the very next day. It was quick and not expensive! I love it!
Nice experience
Very competent, nice, and they call ahead so that you know when they are about to show up.
Tech was a real nice guy. Friendly and respectful..
Carl was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. He took care of the inside first, then the outside and garage. He got down the spider webs which was the best thing ever. As new homeowners, we appreciated the detail he paid to our home. We will continue to use them for regular service.
1st service was great! Very pleased. Thank you and hopefully we will continue to have great service
I don't think you understand how bad this infestation is. When the contractors did the work on my home they let tons of rats in there. I wasn't home to see just how bad it was until they said the work was done and I had to go home. There's rest feces and urine on everything. My clothes are ruined. They've eaten my…
Daniel was very professional and thorough. He alerted me to the fact that one of my screens had come out on my crawlspace. So happy with this level of service.
Ronald, the route manager was absolutely amazing. Above and beyond service!! He was very nice and informative!! I just moved from Illinois and bought a house in Georgia. He gave me information about what insects come out in certain seasons and all!! I'm very appreciative and the prices are perfect!! 😊
The person who came and inspected the house was friendly and arrived on time and checked around the house and put all the necessary stuff for both the rodents and bugs
You charged me for services you never rendered. You have to remember we're set up in my neighborhood with "Ring" devices to see who comes and who goes. Your representative passed by my house but never provided a service yet you charged me for services never rendered and asked me to rate your services. I want my…
The representative was very polite. She performed her duties in a superb manner.
After a few challenges, the local team worked to provide excellent service. I am satisfied with their performance.
Abdul is always awesome. He takes care of our home and helps us with any concerns we have. One of our neighbors had black widows and roaches but Abdul made sure we didn’t have the same problem and protected our home. We live on a lake so insects are always a concern. We have small children and we want to keep them safe. We know we are in good hands.
Omg! Anthony was amazing. His customer service was everything from the professionalism and the communication. Anthony understood my frustration. He was safe he wore his mask he came in my home safe as well due to the pandemic. He was eyeing with everything he did not miss a beat. He put me in the loop from A-to-Z…
Great job!
