I didn’t receive a COMPLETE outside perimeter inspection.
I had an outstanding experience with Mario from Orkin. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my home while explaining everything he was doing. My Orkin professional (Brian) arrived on time and explained any questions I had about the service with ample knowledge. He worked quickly and upon departure explained our schedule and that he would be the one proforming any and all services to our property once a month for the next year. Money well spent. This main technician is very responsive and works with you to make sure that you receive service you requested.
Good. Easy.
At first I had terminex come out Friday and I was about to pay them for everything they said I needed. Something told me to get a second look. So I called Orkin to come out , and that was the BEST DECISION to make . They took their time inspecting , built a relationship, throughly explained, etc . I told them about…

Carl arrived and immediately went to work on securing the perimeter of my home for water bugs, spiders, and other bugs.
I was extremely pleased with today’s service provided by Q & Lay. They both represented the company well unlike the first rep that did a half baked application. I am rating as 3 stars until I am able to see progress of eliminating the infestation. Thank you to the two above reps for providing such exceptional…
Que (QT) was knowledgeable, helpful, experienced in the process and I’m thankful to use orkin and will definitely recommend
Would not call before coming. Not through in spraying thru house.
Professional
The tech I had yesterday waa good. It's management that is horrible. You cant reach the office when you call. They dont tell you when they are coming until they are a few minutes away. The only way you can reach them unless you are requesting new service. If your an existing customer they don't answer the phone. I…
Great attitude by Anthony . Awesome guy
Our Orkin rep Carlston has been reassigned and we now have Carl who is not up to the same level as Carlton. First of all Carl was hesitant to change the paper traps and asked us why. He had to go to truck to get new paper traps and when he can back in house I asked if he blocked my car in driveway. He looked…
Quality service for great price. Very responsive, prompt and awesome customer experience.
Service was as expected! A time frame was given from 10-12 and the Orkin man arrived at 11:30. The job was completed quickly. We just moved into this rental home and it had a lot of insects lurking in the garage and randomly around the house. I scheduled weekend service and they did the job. Preciate it!
Nice experience
Very competent, nice, and they call ahead so that you know when they are about to show up.

Tech was a real nice guy. Friendly and respectful..
Carl was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. He took care of the inside first, then the outside and garage. He got down the spider webs which was the best thing ever. As new homeowners, we appreciated the detail he paid to our home. We will continue to use them for regular service.
Everything was great.

I had a fruit fly and spider issue. Anthony came and was quick, friendly, and polite !
The exterminator was very knowledgeable and he took his time making when he was spraying my home. He also made sure I was satisfied with the service.
I was tricked into getting a recurring service with them claiming that them coming on a monthly for at least 3 months was the only way to get rid of the pest. Each time they came out it seems like the bare minimum was done, and I still saw the same giant ants and spiders around my home after they left. On the 3rd…
Very friendly and helpful!
Great service and results.
The technician was very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions . They will come back anytime if you are not satisfied to get rid of the problem .
Ronald, the route manager was absolutely amazing. Above and beyond service!! He was very nice and informative!! I just moved from Illinois and bought a house in Georgia. Mr Andrew was great. Quick, courteous , and professional.
Anthony was professional and quick. He gave me some great tips on how to further prevent unwanted “guests”. I would recommend their service.
You charged me for services you never rendered. You have to remember we're set up in my neighborhood with "Ring" devices to see who comes and who goes. Your representative passed by my house but never provided a service yet you charged me for services never rendered and asked me to rate your services. I want my…
Orkin has been very professional and helpful...and tech. Mr. Ade Andrew is so professional and nice...always a pleasure.
The guy that came out was polite and friendly. Service didn't take long either. Before I comment on effectiveness, I will have to wait couple weeks to see if there's a change.
This is an edit from a previous visit. The Orkin rep Mr. A. Smith was friendly and fast. So fast that I didn't even know he was gone until I looked out my kitchen window and seen something flapping in the wind on my screen door. Since I was home when he got here he could have at least told me he was done and asked…
Orkin is very professional. I enjoy my personable Orkin tech. He is professional and listens to my concerns. Good job Orkin.
My service tech Anthony Hamilton is very friendly and thorough he comes in and get the job done and answer any questions I may have.

Kelly does a great job ! I am very picky about everything and I tend to point out things.
Okay service. Technician did have all the products needed. He did not have enough pest boxes to replace the ones removed.
After a few challenges, the local team worked to provide excellent service. I am satisfied with their performance.
Thank you Ade for coming out! You absolutely professional, knowledgeable & understanding! We appreciate you!
Excellent service! Did not miss a spider web! Very thorough
The pest control service with Orkin has been wonderful!!! Everyone I have spoken with at Orkin has been extremely courteous and professional. Anthony came out for the initial inspection and treatment. He was phenomenal! We have had a recurring ant problem for years and other companies either made the problem worse…
Abdul is always awesome. He takes care of our home and helps us with any concerns we have. One of our neighbors had black widows and roaches but Abdul made sure we didn’t have the same problem and protected our home. We live on a lake so insects are always a concern. We have small children and we want to keep them safe. We know we are in good hands.
Absolutely wonderful.
Daniel A was great! Very polite and informative. Great service.
Great customer service! 🙌💯💯💯

Horrible customer service and poor quality product.

I have a regular occurring residential service contract for pest control with Orkin. Mostly for insects control. Service is always prompt, friendly and thorough. Pricing is fair in the quality of work is outstanding. Works well around pets and other household items.
Great job!
Great customer service!! Bugs are leaving, thank you Orkin!
Very professional technician
Sprayed entire house and outside perimeter. In and out in no time.
I gave Orkin Pest Control two stars because of a lack of communication. I was given a quote based off a program called easy pay but wasn’t informed about the program until I called about an unauthorized charge on my account from them. I was informed that my monthly payments would be higher if I wasn’t put on…
The technician that came to my house was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful during my service. I really appreciate his thoroughness and his attention to detail!
Roaches!!! The technician was great, and respectful. His customer service skills showed the company screened their employees before hiring. I will recommend this company to family and friends.
