My Orkin professional (Brian) arrived on time and explained any questions I had about the service with ample knowledge. He worked quickly and upon departure explained our schedule and that he would be the one proforming any and all services to our property once a month for the next year. Money well spent. My appointment time was supposed to be between 8am and 12 pm but didn’t arrive until 2:13pm without any notice of being late. I called and left a message but no one got back with me. I had an event that I missed due to the tardiness.

Quality service for great price. Very responsive, prompt and awesome customer experience.

Service was as expected! A time frame was given from 10-12 and the Orkin man arrived at 11:30. The job was completed quickly. We just moved into this rental home and it had a lot of insects lurking in the garage and randomly around the house. I scheduled weekend service and they did the job. Preciate it!

Tech was a real nice guy. Friendly and respectful..

Carl was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. He took care of the inside first, then the outside and garage. He got down the spider webs which was the best thing ever. As new homeowners, we appreciated the detail he paid to our home. We will continue to use them for regular service.

I had a fruit fly and spider issue. Anthony came and was quick, friendly, and polite !

The exterminator was very knowledgeable and he took his time making when he was spraying my home. He also made sure I was satisfied with the service.

I was tricked into getting a recurring service with them claiming that them coming on a monthly for at least 3 months was the only way to get rid of the pest. Ronald, the route manager was absolutely amazing. Above and beyond service!! He was very nice and informative!! I just moved from Illinois and bought a house in Georgia. Abdul is always awesome. He takes care of our home and helps us with any concerns we have. One of our neighbors had black widows and roaches but Abdul made sure we didn’t have the same problem and protected our home. We live on a lake so insects are always a concern. We have small children and we want to keep them safe. We know we are in good hands.
